There's no real interesting take on this story except that Michigan seems to be at the center of a lot of scandals recently. How much jail time will there be? 5 years?

Its 1 felony and 2 misdemeanors. It shouts probation. If he got more than that, it would be because the DA was trying to score points w/the public as being tough on crime.

Vick got 23 months in prison. This is more serious than that isn't it?

Vick was imprisoned by the feds. They operate under different rules than the state level.
