I might have thought the same thing if he hadn't called me an "ethnocentrist" in the last argument when he played the culture card. The PMs he sent me were specifically about how I was being insensitive because I didn't understand his culture.

It's what caused me to put him on my ignore list.

The infraction I got was for linking to the wikipedia article of a (very bad) swear word using ryming slang (I think they've changed the word filters now so that wouldn't work any more). I also remember Markus getting a post edited by a mod for swearing in German (I don't think he got an infraction though

So for those of you that have not purchased OOTP before and you are reading this thread...these are the good times that you can enjoy along with us. Not only will you love the game but you will find the community (of nerds) quite entertaining.

I know it's not strictly correct, but I am totally going to copy the settings for, say, the Italian league into a couple American indy leagues. Yeah, the posting system isn't accurate, really, to how RL indy leagues operate, but it's a darn sight closer than what happens now. I don't personally care about having the players. Just the teams will do for me.
