Never mind on this. Two of our GMs were keeping track of the draft and I was able to recreate all but the last few picks out of 5 rounds.

I've not seen that draft issue before. Glad you got it worked out.

Have a league using v3.0.16 for a draft. If I force a StatsLab update e-mail, it gets sent out - so basic ability to send e-mail from StatsLab works.

But despite enabling the Draft e-mails to "All", and the draft is in progress, it doesn't seem to be sending any e-mails. Any known issues in this area, or tricks to be aware of?

Is there a way to edit past Hall of Fame voting history?

We had a year accidentally entered with all 0%. Now trying to vote the following year but anything more than 0 for minimum vote percentage to stay on ballot gets rid of several players who were very close to making it. If I set it to 0 then the list populates with years worth of players who only received a few votes.

Thanks.

Released a minor update for OOTP16. In a recent patch (not entirely sure which one), there was a SQL change that caused an issue.

Please see the StatsLab Wiki page for download information.

My league logo is not showing up correctly in StatsLab. Everything appears to be set up correctly in admin. Any ideas?

Draft is a bandwidth hog

Running an inaugural draft, getting warned almost daily by my server that I'm on track to exceed my bandwidth. Is there a way I can fix how much bandwidth is used during a draft? I'd rather not have my server shut me down during my draft. Averaging 6gb's per day...

Problems with StatsLab

Hello all,

I am starting a new League and trying to get StatsLab setup. I have followed the wiki on setting up the directories and such but when I run the validator.php script I keep getting the below message:

Quote:
StatsLab Validator

Current PHP version: 5.3.3 (must be 5.2 or greater)
OK: PHP mcrypt extension loaded.

OK: config.txt file found.
ERROR: dbopen.php file not found in SQL upload directory. Please create this file based on dbopen.php.sample.
After doing so, return to this page.
Now I am running a Linux server using Plesk so my absolute path would be in the config.txt would be the following:

ADMINPATH|/var/www/vhosts/mydomain.com/BB2015/mysql

I have renamed my actual website.tld (mydomain.com) file for security purposes in the above link. My MySQL folder and dbopen.php file is set above the httpdocs folder which httpdocs is the main website folder like the public_html is for cPanel. And the dbopen.php file is in that mysql folder above the httpdocs folder.

So with all of that said why am I still getting this error message as the dbopen file is in the correct directory and the path is set properly in the config.txt file?

I have tried various different paths eliminating some of the path structure but getting same results as above.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Probably a typo of some sort. If you PM/email me the content of dbopen.php, I can take a look.

Anyone else noticing that the age filter in the historical leaderboards isn't quite working right?

When I set age perameters (say 18 to 29) I get players' full career numbers instead of their numbers between ages 18-29.

Am I the only one with this problem?

I'm having some issues installing Statslab. I'm gettting:
Unable to find dbopen.php file for connection to MySQL database

and a few other errors.

My main issue is my hosting, Dreamhost, does not use public_html but instead your user name and it gives you a mysql name, so it doesnt use LOCALHOST.

Any tips would be appreciated?

Hey guys... my SL isn't finding my dbopen.php file, but I believe I have everything correct in my config file.

ADMINPATH|naabaootp.com/public_html/slUpload

do I need the http:// in there? per FileZilla my slUpload directory is in public_html

I installed Statslab, got all the way through the Validator steps without any errors. When I click the SQL files link it takes me to a page with just the BNN background (nothing else). When I click on the Admin link it takes me to a page stating I must be a Commissioner to access that page, so I click the Login button and it takes me to another blank page with just the BNN background.

Anyone else run into this or able to help me out?

What would be very cool - a video tutorial on a Statslab setup from scratch!
You could blaze through it because the rest of us could always stop and replay.

Maybe a second on common areas needing troubleshooting, routine uploading, draft how to, etc., but the original setup would be huge - for new and old users alike.

And if one already exists, please point me in that direction!
