Just noticed that Michael Pineda is listed as 6'5" and 170 pounds in OOTP. Hahaha...that's probably a few years outdated. This year he's listed at 6'7" and 260(!) pounds. Talk about a change.....What a monster.

Only Markus knows. He has to take the import the players from our online editor.

In the Atlanta Braves farm system, MR Jairo Asencio (AAA - Gwinnet Braves) is the SAME PERSON as MR Luis Valdez (Low A - I think Lake Buena Vista Braves). Valdez changed his name to Asencio this year after having some Visa issues overseas a year ago. I simply went into commissioner mode to delete Valdez, but I'm just letting you guys know so you can change this for a future roster update! Thanks.

Are you really serious? That's tens of thousands of people. Every high school senior in the nation, plus every Juco sophomore, plus any college player (D1-3) who has been out of high school 2+ years would have to be added!!

Even if we added 'only' the people drafted, that would be 1,500 players.

I nominate you for the OOTP13 beta team. You can work alongside the roster team, making an all-star file that is up to date with rosters at the all-star game and adding all of the draft eligible players for 2012

I'll check it out...but, If they're showing on different teams..then I assure you they are different players..i'd check the birth dates and the Player ID number, and see if they are an exact match before I'd delete one of them, if so, they will be fixed in about 2 minutes...how's that for service
As for draft players..only the signed players are in. and still adding them..
As for the latest rosters...I doubt you have them as I still have 3 teams to do in the Pioneer league..
Also, if your starting a new game with the real teams and full minors. Make sure you have ghost players enabled...

Ok....I'd say it's safe to delete luis valdez...no luis valdez anywhere in the rosters....you don't have the latest rosters...or there's a glitch.

Hey Rod, I think Udbacker deleted him out of the DB already.

Getting insane requests for roster sets from mgom means you've officially been initiated into the world of roster making, congratulations udbacker

Jonathan Lucroy, the starting catcher for the Brewers, seems very underrated. This year he's hitting .275/.318/.408. His preseason projections were just a bit below that. In the editor, he's only at .191/.266/.309.

Projections:

Yeah, his contact does look low. Raised his BABIP to 93 and AvoidK to 108. That's a projection for .251/.320/.369 with 11 HR and 94 K in 550 AB.

Chris Carter of the A's has no stats for the 2010 season(24 Games 70AB's 8 Runs 13 hits 1 double 3HR's 7RBI's 7BB 21K 1SB 0 CS .186AVG .256OBP .329SLG ,585OPS), his stats are given to the other Chris Carter who played for the Red Sox(08-09) and Mets(10) and started the year with the Durham Bulls. The left handed Carter should have these stats(100 games 167 AB's 15 Runs 44 hits 9 doubles 4hr's 24 RBI's 12BB 17K 1sb 2cs .263AVG .317OBP .389SLG .706OPS).

Sorry if this has already been mentioned/fixed.

I've not been paying a lot of attention to any of the updates, but did the latest patch have any work done on 2010 draftees?

Any reason why Drew Stubbs power rating is really low? Outside of this year, he's hit for above-average power. A .189 ISO is a testament to that.

Hey Vega,

I will take a look at Drew tonight when I get home. Been extremely busy with a HUGE update we are gonna be throwing out there that will be released with the OOTP big update later this month. Can't really discuss what I put in there but it's gonna be a big surprise for some. Plus working on alot of fixes I have seen here, finished up the top 30 prospects per organization already and also rating the lower minor leaguers that had 0 or 1's as ratings. I hope to have all those minor leaguers rated by the update. But at the very least all the top prospects will be rated as well as a majority of the mid-tier/fringe prospects.

I will keep you updated as things move along. On a side note, Rod and I have collected photos for about 95% of the players in the set thanks to updating a previous photopack I got off padrefans site. Gonna try and release that as well.

Thanks you, sir.

It wouldn't have bothered me so much, but I'm in a OOTP simulation league, and seeing Stubbs's rating down was a bit...disappointing.
