Safe at home, second and first. PBP refers to hit as a towering popup towards center with some panic out there...drops in for a hit.

I purchased a New Dell desktop PC (a Dell Inspiron 5090), newest video card, great machine. All my games (Steam, GOG,etc) run great,all settings maxed out and all grfx look great. Nothing weird graphically except with OOTP 20, modern 3D view.
PC specs:
Running WIN 10. Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700 CPU @ 3.00GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.0GHz. Direct X 12. NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 2060 SUPER 8GB GDDR6.
The issue with OOTP20: I reinstalled (Steam) OOTP 20, re-installed all the workshop stuff (historic BPs, facegens,etc). Now almost ALL pitcher animations with a runner on 1B have the pitchers facing 2B in-game when they pitch (although the ball does travel to the plate). Additionally, the bats in the hand of all LH batters appear on the ground in ANY visual (modern 3D) mode: batters box view or any other from-above view). This is disturbing and I can't change it. RH batters bats are fine and pitchers motions are fine except when there is a runner on 1B.
I checked my older PC and all player animations in "Modern 3D" view are normal there. But not on my new PC.
Everything else is fine with OOTP20 on my new PC, and all my other Steam games have no abnormalities. JUST this game, and ONLY issues as noted above, no matter WHAT stadium I play in (classic,historical, modern BPs; even game default-BPs). Any idea why?
I already wasted a LOT of time uninstalling and re-installing the game: same problem....and again: only on my new PC.

See game log-related screenshot of Minnesota half of the first inning: Batter Roberto Vilchis. Where it says he singles, scoring Brant Alyea, the ball actually hit in foul territory untouched, not in fair territory, and yet the game still considers it a single, somehow. Walker soon gets ball in foul territory, and throws it in, but the runner has somehow scored when they shouldn't have been able to in the first place.

There should have been at least one more pitch present for Vilchis's at-bat, seeing as the ball actually landed in foul territory untouched without Walker within sufficient fielding range of it at the time, but there wasn't. Ultimately, that gave Minnesota enough of a scoring margin that the Archers couldn't tie the score later on. Only one run should have scored in the inning, most likely, as a result, even with the errors listed for the Archers in the inning.

I don't really know how to get or to show you the applicable coding error thing here, unfortunately, so my game log and the box score will probably have to suffice, at least for now, in regards to this game. But hopefully, this will still help, somehow, in any case.

Archers Range is a renamed version of one of the Busch Stadiums, I believe, if that helps. 1995 Busch, if I'm not too mistaken here, at that?
