With Jack McAuliffe retiring after winning his first round matchup in the IBF LW title tourney .... the commissioner (me) of the LBA has given his slot to fan favorite Aurelio Herrera.

Herrera will put off his move to WW until after the tourney. He will face Young Corbett (32-18-4) in February. Herrera is 2-1 against Corbett with all of their fights at FW.

They were scheduled to fight this month in the IBF LW title tourney. They have been replaced by Willie Ritchie (22-4-4) and Jack Everhardt (18-9-4)
