Roger Repoz
Hello,
Anyone got a minute to fix Roger Repoz. I think the bill of his cap was too long when fg was done. Face is a bit thin too. Thanks. |

Newly acquired Reds prospect, Brandon Williamson seems a little zombie ish
Cardinals prospect Andre Pallante could use a better facegen as well, to celebrate his making his first MLB opening day Last edited by BaseballGOAT; 04-04-2022 at 02:54 PM. |

Brandon Williamson
Overall: Brandon Williamson's stuff is eye-popping at times. His fastball has late movement and the type of zip you want to see from a lanky left-hander. His curveball is a great complimentary off-speed pitch to counter the heat with great drop and break out of the zone. His slider and changeup need improvement, but he has the makings of a solid MLB starter if his intriguing arsenal comes together. - prospectslive.com

Andre Pallante
Andre Pallante is an accomplished college arm, performed well on the Cape and pitched for Team USA. Was very noticed despite being at UC-Irvine. Not as great of a risk here because there's some polish. Pallante knows how to sequence and attack hitters at least one time through the order. Right on that line for me of long relief or starter. Must continue to pitch well off of the fastball. -prospectslive.com Scouting Report
Congrats for making the Cards, kid. Redid your facegen. |

Roger Repoz
Roger Repoz’s most productive pro baseball seasons were in Japan, but his fondest pro baseball memories were “putting on the pinstripes and playing with all those great Yankee stars.” He hit 313 home runs with 1,002 RBIs in the major leagues, the minors, Japan, and Puerto Rico from 1960 through 1977. As a pitcher and first baseman for Western Washington University, Repoz was the Most Valuable Player in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics tournament in 1959. From 1967 to 1970, while with the Kansas City Athletics and the California Angels, he set a major-league record for nonpitchers of 347 games and 894 at-bats without hitting into a double play. - SABR
Being traded by the Yankees was the biggest disappointment in his baseball career. “Yankee Stadium was custom-made for my style of hitting with its short porch in right,” Repoz said with a what-might-have-been sadness in his voice. Kansas City traded Repoz to the Angels where he played for all or parts of six seasons. During the end of his time with the A’s and his first few years with the Angels, Repoz set a major league record that still stands today: Starting on June 27, 1967, and continuing until May 24, 1970, he had 1,018 plate appearances without grounding into a double play. - Fullerton News-Tribune Redid the facegen. |

I'll get one up today. I have one from a minors picture that's very good but I was watching him play yesterday and saw the facial hair so I'll update mine tonight and post it.

The MLB.com link has his current look with mustache and chin goatee. His original FG looks like baby face from when he was drafted out of HS. Thanks again |

Bobby Witt Jr.
When Bobby Witt Jr. walked out of the Royals' clubhouse at their complex in Surprise, Ariz., on Tuesday morning, giddy with relief that he had made the Opening Day roster, the first call he placed was to his mom, Laurie, and dad, Bobby. Thirty-six years earlier, the elder Witt remembers making a similar call to his dad, outside the Rangers' Spring Training complex in 1986, when Bobby Valentine told Witt, then 21 years old -- the same age Witt Jr. is now -- that he was breaking camp with Texas. “It was about 100 years ago,” Witt said. “That was before cell phones and all that, so I immediately went to the pay phone and called my dad. And shared the news with him. It was a special time. I will never forget that, and I will never forget the call Junior made to us.” - mlb.com
Witt, 21, sporting a mustache teammates call "unfortunate," a mullet of which he's proud and the weight of batting in the No. 2 hole in his first big league game, received a thunderous ovation before his first at-bat and approached the plate for his final one with chants of "Bob-by, Bob-by" echoing through the stadium. With two outs and Michael A. Taylor on second base, Witt yanked a second-pitch Triston McKenzie slider into the left-field corner for his first RBI and Kansas City's first lead. "It was a dream come true, truly," Witt said. "And this was the day I've been waiting for my whole life. Now it's here, and I want to just keep doing it." - espn.com Redid the facegen but the file is holding so much detail, it is almost 700kb. Like the other player I did about a week ago, I'm not inclined to reduce the fidelity just to post it. I will email direct to FancySkunk so all can get it in the pack when he releases it in a couple of weeks. As the requester, CBLCardinals, DM me your email and I'll send it to you direct. If file sizes keep being an issue, I'll just bundle mine up every so often in a zip and post it. |

Nestor Cortes
A 36th-round selection of the Yankees in the 2013 amateur draft, Cortes was selected by the Orioles in the 2017 Rule 5 draft. He was returned to the Yankees in April 2018, traded by the Yankees to Seattle in November 2019 and let go by the Mariners last October. If the Yankees didn’t know what they had (How could they, after he posted a 5.67 ERA in 33 appearances for them as a 2019 bulk guy?), credit to them for taking him back twice, the second time coming this past January.
Because this time, he’s a completely different pitcher. His fastball velocity has jumped a mile per hour from his 2019 average of 89.5. He throws his curveball more often than he used to, and it’s a dramatically different pitch, its vertical movement sacrificed in favor of horizontal. And whether you prefer “The Hialeah Kid” or “Nasty Nestor” as his handle (the latter is becoming a favorite T-shirt, along with the mustachioed caricature, worn by his teammates during pregame batting practice), Cortes carries the aura of some fictional creation when you combine the secret to his success with his very modest beginnings. - NY Post, 21 Aug 2021 The existing facegen is very good but if they are selling T-shirts of your mustache, well, here he is with said mustache... |

I'll see what I can do about Yeager. When I have time, I'll look at The Cobra too - I haven't forgotten, just been busy on other facegens.
BCBF82, the game will ship with current players having facegens. To get the Facegen pack, go to the first post in this thread. FancySkunk maintains the pack and takes the individual posts and adds them. Once you have the file, unzip it and there will be a lot of files ending with ".fg" - these are each a face. Assuming you have the Windows version, Go to Out of the Park Developments folder under My Documents, select the version of the game (for example, OOTP 22 or 23), and there will be a file called "fg_files", select all of the .fg files from the unzipped pack, and drop them in there. That's it. Hopefully FancySkunk will get a new pack together this week when the OOTP 23 comes out. If using Steam, I think you can just subscribe to FancySkunk's workshop for it (you can tell I don't have OOTP on the Steam platform). |

Click on the link to download, as with Nelson Cortes above. Download it to someplace like your desktop. On your game, click on a player, then click EDITOR. On the editor screen, click Picture Functions and select Import PhotoFit (Facegen) File. On that screen, click the Open button near the top. A folder will open. Drag the downloaded facegen file into the folder, close it, then go back to the game and click cancel on the screen. Click on Picture Functions/Import PhotoFit again to reopen the screen, and scroll thru the facegens to find the one you just downloaded.
