I didn't download this file, but if it's an overall rating of 8 with Cf's of 7/9 and HP of 8, good chance it's one by Mark Jones, Icetea.

Scrappy light-heavy out of Boston. Some say he changed his corner and training style too often while in camp. Put on a good show in the big fight but didn't have the legs to finish.

Well, my son found the game box, and I had a couple fewer cobwebs in my brain than I thought; I only forgot about one White Era heavyweight from my old list- Tom McCarty(He was first advertised as Luther McCarty's brother, then as his cousin; could he have been both?).
This leaves the group of non-pictured heavyweights to this, in alphabetical order:
