Max Williams has accepted the Reds Offer

That team is completely stacked!

Welch took far less money to join and make them a super team. He could have made 80 million more signing with Baltimore, but wants to win a ring.

Or you can choose to discuss with another team. Though the Reds don't have any available money left to make an additional offer, so it would have to be another of the 26 available teams.

The O's are offering you an extension of 5 years at $31,000,000 per year. You can accept or wait for free agency, or accept the one year offer that you have still.

Won 104 last year.

They also traded 4 specs to the Cubs for Jorge Soler who has one year left and traded their closer and a spec for a starter. Still some holes on the roster though. But a lot of top end talent.

3rd highest payroll in baseball now. Doubt they can sustain that in that market though.

They had a good farm system, but it's basically depleted now. Def in win now mode.

Couple of notes around the league

Giancarlo Stanton is 2 HR away from 500, he's 35, he'll be the 30th player to hit 500
Mike Trout had 434, he's 33 and playing for the Astros. He has played 150 games in a season just once since 2017.
Harper has 398 HR, he's 32 and just signed with the Mets after being on the Philies since 2019 (making his way around the NL East). He too has had injury issues.
Joey Gallo has managed to hit 379 HR, currently a member of the Cards and 31

Kershaw is 8th all time in career pitching WAR, he's 37.

Kenley Jansen is 4th all time in saves with 470
