What a frustrating way to lose...

Tied 3-3 in the top of the 9th. The Red Sox have the bases loaded with 2 out. Alan Farina STRIKES OUT what should be the third out but Wilin Rosario loses the ball and Carl Crawford scores from 3rd as the batter was safe at first.

I didn't even know that was legal with a man on first, but apparently it is as long as there are 2 outs...

WP - Alfredo Aceves (12-6)
Save - Joel Hanrahan (24)
LP - Michael Fiers (1-8)

Record - 60-95

Tampa beat Toronto on a controversial call. With the Rays leading 2-1, the Jays had the bases loaded with 2 out in the bottom of the 9th. Brett Lawrie hit a stinger which was caught by Kendrys Morales in a play that look dangerously close to a trap, which would have tied the game if the call had gone the other way.

Well pitched game by Neftali Feliz, but to no avail.

WP - Wade Davis (11-9)
Save - Daniel Schlereth (34)
LP - Neftali Feliz (6-10)

Record - 60-97

The Blue Jays are not doing much to avoid a 100 loss season. They need to go 3-1 in the last 4 to avoid it.

Tampa mauled them, 14-2.

WP - Alex Cobb (11-6)
LP - Noel Arguelles (1-4)

Record - 60-98

As soon as Gavin Floyd got in trouble, the Blue Jays batters got him out of it. Toronto beat Baltimore 7-6.

They now need to go 2-1 to avoid 100 losses.

WP - Gavin Floyd (11-16)
Save - Johan Yan (4)
LP - Dylan Bundy (1-2)

Record - 61-98

As Toronto sneaks closer to 100 losses, hard-luck games like this one loom large. The Orioles beat the Jays 2-1.

WP - Tsuyoshi Wada (6-11)
Save - Peter Moylan (19)
LP - Brad Peacock (9-15)

Record - 61-99

Toronto pulled off a nice win, beating the Orioles 4-3. John Tolisano went 2 for 4 with a homer and 2 RBI.

With one game left in the schedule, winning this one would be an important morale boost for the team.

WP - Michael Fiers (2-8)
Save - Alan Farina (2)
LP - Zach Britton (4-16)

Record - 62-99

Brandon Morrow pitched a gem, leading the team to a 5-1 win over the Orioles and keeping the Blue Jays from a 100 loss season.

WP - Brandon Morrow (5-10)
LP - Dylan Bundy (1-3)

Record - 63-99

And with that, the season is over!

Dunedin Blue Jays reliever Greylor Conde won the 2013 Gulf Coast Outstanding Pitcher of the Year.

The OTHER Dunedin Blue Jays also have this winner, the 2013 Florida State League Outstanding Pitcher, Joseph Musgrave.

Lansing Lugnuts pitcher Daniel Norris won the same award for the Midwest League.

And it looks like this Dynasty is over.

I played the whole season in 'Spring Training' mode, due to a bug. When I got to the end of the season, all league events vanished. No play-offs are happening. I am pretty much screwed here.

Good thing the new version is coming out soon.

Bummer.
