Bench: Joe Pettini (new facegen)

Hitting: Mark McGwire (new facegen; overwrites existing. Old facegen had too many problems)

Pitching: Dave Duncan (new facegen)

Okay, I did this in two parts: first, I did the existing ones (both real-life and MLB 2010 start ones are the same) in post 241 (the one above this one).

Here's the ones you wanted in addition to that:

The Ramon Ramirez one already exists, but I adjusted it a little bit (eyewhites), so it'll overwrite the existing one. The others are new.
