George fought in the Battle Of Endor as a Commando led by Han Solo, Luke Skywalker & Princess Leia,. He was just 16 yrs old.
Sarge as some call him has been with Endor City since 2003 and is the last remaining player from the 2008 team that featured greats like Luke Skywalker, John Williams, Todd Bremer, Han Solo & Lando Calrissian.
He is the all time leader in games caught, most HR, most RBI & most K for any EBL Catcher.
Lattman has said that he plans on retiring at the end of the 2023 season. He will stay on as MGR.

3 games vs Parrots. I have picked the Parrots 2 out of the last 3 seasons to win the AL West, so I like this team. They have a good defensive SS in Corey Giles that I think can win a batting title soon. They have a good young 1B in Tony McCall which provides them some power that they have been lacking. They are somewhat weak ion their offensive production in their OF but all 3 are solid on D. Erin Rice is a avg defensive C. They have a good rotation and all 5 are capaable of 200 IP. Their pen is struggling right now but Finich has closer stuff.

3-3 this week. Not too good but I am not overly concerned. Just some bad breaks. I demoted 2B Bobby Avalon and recalled 3B/SS Brett Wagner for now. It is my plan to get Wagner, Avalon and 3B Judd Dunn about 25 AB's before Sept 1st when all 3 will be on the call up roster.
Shoeless Joe Jackson wants a 9 yr deal at around $3.4 million per. I am seriously thinking about saying yes to the deal.

Once again they are a great team and perhaps better then last year. Very strong rotation,although their pen is just slightly above average. Their lefties take advantage of the short right field in Corvair Park. It will be close to who wins the NL East but I have Corvair finishing 2nd 3-5 GB around 103 Wins.

Chicago Fire traded 2B Steve Gray & 1B Kip Cantrell to the Springfield Cardinals for P Daryl King.

Some of us were here last year for the ASG but it will be our 1st visit to Cloud City as a team. Decent team but not the same without 3B Michael Peters hitting behind Escott. They are still a young team and have several good young prospects, namely Chance Calrissian, Lando's son. Durbin is a solid pitcher, surprised they moved Abraham Lincoln to the pen. He reminds me of Jamie Moyer. Despite the fact that they are 5 games under .500 they are one of 5 teams that can win the AL West.Whichever team wins the division should be around 90 wins.

Screwball is a tough pitcher to get to and Jessica McClintock dominated us but we dominated James Jamieson. I sent over Jackson's re-sign paperwork to his agent, he should sign it within a week.
