Before we get there, is there anyone who is universally hailed as the best player to never make an all-star game? Santo usually gets this nod for the HOF, but I've never really heard AS discussed. Should be a really fun 3rd section.

No, but I'm using Ankit's normalized DB so everyone is on a level playing field.
