Microsoft Exchange also classified my mail as Junk/Spam. Depending on the filtering rules it might be deleted automatically for some users.

Still stuck on "Open Packs" even though I've already opened all my packs. I've logged out and back in, deleted .pt folders and even completely wiped out the game on one of my PCs.

Any other actions I can take? Is there someone who can just delete my account and I can re-register and start over?

Also, I created a new login, opened all my packs and everything worked just fine. I could continue to use this login, but:
1. I lose all my loyalty rewards.
2. I used my work email address and I really don't want to do that.

Update: We will begin Entry Pool league creation in about 2 hours (so somewhere around 10-11 AM ET), and simulations will start shortly after that!

Also, because of the hassle of the past 24 hours, we have decided to give every account that registers (or is already registered) until Friday a free Diamond Pack. Once we push the packs into accounts, we'll let you know! Sorry again for all the problems

We're also manually working to fix the broken account registrations throughout the day. Please keep an eye on your inbox and spam folder for the confirmation link emails.

Update 2 from May 4: We have just discovered we need to release a hotfix patch because tournament signup does crash in build 53. We are working on that now, and once that is ready and released later today, we'll start simming.

When it rains, it pours...

PT Registration Fails

Same repeated issues and can not register

very disapointing

now on the next day and still same issues, won't let me register and only allows one try as day....................stupid

My bonus packs are (3) Gold Packs, which doesn't seem to correspond to any bonus.

I've owned OOTP 19, 21, and 22

I will not open those packs until this is resolved.

Also, previously you could have 3 unique teams per registered email. Has that been disabled?

No, I played 19, 21, and 22. Skipped 20. They must be consecutive?

If anyone has a fix for this, please post here. I have a second team, so it's not the end of the world, but the team that's stuck got all my loyalty packs.

All of the accounts which were stuck on opening packs should have been resolved. If you are still having troubles, please delete all the .pt folder in your saved games directory and try again. If that does not work, you can send an email to support@ootpdevelopments.com and they can investigate further.
