This was a tougher series on the road as Paris did drop 2 out of 3 games and allowed some teams to come closer to them in first place as they head home

Bill Eagan and Fred Odwell had to hits apiece for Oklahoma City in the loss

Recap - This was a 4-1 game and Paris got 2 in the 9th but fell sort against Yellow Horse who did allow 2 earned runs. Sturdivant was tough with the 10 K's as Paris bats went to sleep against him. Thormodsgard wasn't great giving up 4 runs in 6 innings. Bill Eagan and Stanton had 2 hits in the game for Oklahoma City. Steve Evans collected 3 hits and Jack Dawson added 2 as that was 5 of the 8 Paris hits in defeat.

Recap - Seaver was pretty tough as Oklahoma City had a 5-0 lead at one time and Richmond gave up 4 runs in 4 1/3 innings and was unreliable. Banks had 3 hits and 2 RBI's and Rick Renick drove in 2 runs to carry Oklahoma City to the win. Paris had 6 hits with McVey getting 2 as well as Gail Hopkins.


Standing - Paris Swingers are 52-26 in first place in the NL World with a 6 game lead over both the Melbourne Caribou and the Rome Thoroughbreds

Looking Ahead - The Amagansett Assassins head to Paris with a 23-55 record which has them in 11th place in the NL East then the Swingers head to the land of fun and play the Las Vegas Snake Eyes.

Mike Wegener got the call for Amagansett and he lasted 5 innings with just one earned run allowed. Ferrarese had a 3 inning save. McVey and Elliott drove in 2 runs for the solid offense. In the game Amgansett only had 2 hits, the homer by Duda and a single by Tommy Glaviano

Johnson allowed 1 run and 6 hits over 6 innings to get the easy win for Vegas. Hal Schumacher limited the damaged by pitching 3 1/3 innings in relief and allowing just one run. Charles Johnson and Harbridge had 3 RBI games for Las Vegas. Bob Elliott and Jack Dawson collected 2 hits each as Paris had 8 hits in the game.

Sean Douglass just lasted 4 innings again and only allowed 1 run but **** short stints are taking effect on the pen. Madison Bumgarner started for Las Vegas and allowed just one unearned run over 5 innings before Paris got to the Vegas pen. The Titanic passenger Dawson increases his batting average to .332 with the 4 hit game. Richie Ashburn had 3 hits while Evans and Hopkins drive in 2 runs apiece. Sneed had 3 hits and Danny Santana added 2 for Las Vegas.

Jack Dawson had 3 hits and Gail Hopkins drove in 3 runs as Paris had a solid 14 hit attack in this game. Lexington was limited to 5 hits by McDermott and Hal Schumacher.

Frank Thomas and Guerrero each drove in 3 runs while Mike Aviles and Cap Peterson added 2 hits each for the Brewers in victory. Evans had 3 of the Paris 9 hits and Richie Ashburn had a 2 hit game.

Paris knocked Wally Burnett out of this game in the 3rd inning for 5 runs. Sean Douglass as always only gave 4 innings and allowed 3 runs in the Paris start. Calderon drove in 3 and Aviles 2 in the Milwaukee win. Richie Ashburn and Sean Lewis had 2 hits each and Harlond Clift drove in 2 runs for Paris as they fell short

Evans hit the 3 run shot off of Figueroa and Paris 2 of their 4 hits by Richie Ashburn.

The 3 homers were the only 3 hits for the day for Sarasota as Parker did settle down and had 3 hitless innings followed by an inning each by Michael Tejera and Don Ferrarese. Gail Hopkins and Cal McVey each drove in one run for Paris but they fell short and only had 3 hits in the game too.

Looking Ahead - Atlantic City Sharks head to Paris and they are 63-33 in 4th place in the NL Atlantic trailing the first place Philadelphia Phillies by 6 games. Then Paris takes off for a short trip to Denmark to play the Copenhagen Oaks.

Transactions - Despite solid success Mickey McDermott was sent down to the minors and OF Scott Cousins was taken off the 40 man roster as the Swingers acquired seasoned veteran arm in Reggie Cleveland from the Barcelona Magicians. Paris sends over RP Rich Ottesen and RP Matt Burgher. Cleveland is 70-76 for his career with 14 wins in 2025 for the Fargo Horseman and Foxwoods Colonials. Otteson is an 18 year old from Norton Shores, MI and Burgher is a 20 year old from Hacienda Heights, CA.

Paris just 3 hits over 11 innings as they were handcuffed by the Atlantic City arms.

Red Kress had 2 hits and Escobar had a 3 hit game. Jack Dawson and Amos Booth each 2 hits in the Paris loss.

Michael Tejera had a rough series giving up 4 runs in relief as well. Kusick hit a grand slam and Brandon Moss had a huge 3 hit game for Atlantic City in the win. McVey had the 2 homers as Paris had just 7 hits in the game.



Standing - Paris Swingers are now 62-37 and hold a 9 game first place lead in the NL World over the surging Kimberley Ocelots and Melbourne Caribou.

Fossum was tough and the Copenhagen pen was even more challenging as Paris fell short after Cleveland's ejection. Simms had 2 hits and 2 RBI's for Copenhagen. Cal McVey had 2 of the 5 hits for Paris.

Evans hit a huge grand slam and McVey drove in 3 runs in the one sided battle. Waco only could muster 4 hits as Garrett Mock pitched the 9th and allowed the 4th hit.

Hopkins had 4 hits in the game and Nicholson has not buckled and drove in 4 runs as he is turning out to be a "find" Van Nuys only got 1 run despite getting 8 hits of which Mike Tiernan, Willin Rosario and Leo Cardenas got 2 each.

Looking Ahead - Paris Swingers head to Tacoma to play a decent expansion team in the Tacoma Battle Wings who are 32-79 in 12th place in the NL West. Then Paris heads back home to play the Albuquerque Blackbirds.


Transactions - Paris acquired SP Jake Wade from the San Bernardino Butchers. Wade was 5-7 this year but he is a quality starter with 13 wins in 2026. Paris gives up SP Mickey McDermott who was very effective at 19 in his callup this year. Paris also send minor league catcher Dave Hayward to San Bernardino. To make room for Wade, Sean Douglass was optioned to the farm. Douglass was 8-4 but barely gets 5 innings in per start and has worn out the pen.

Richie Ashburn had 3 hits while Clift drove in 3 runs as this game was not close. All of the Tacoma offense came off the bat of Leonard in the 9th.

Tacoma was punchless in the first 2 games of this series.

Lewis had the 4 hits while Richie Ashburn and Kevin Nicholson each drove in 3 runs as Paris sprayed 20 hits without a homer in this game. Kawhi Leonard had 2 hits and the King Of Pop, Jackson hit a homer, which was his 10th of his rookie season.

Standing - Paris Swingers are 74-40 in first place in the NL World Division with a 10 game lead over the Melbourne Caribou who finished an unlikely sweep of the defending National League Champion Memphis Cougars.

Transactions - Paris Swingers traded with the Panama Buccaneers and landed reliever Sheldon Burnside and SS Brian Bocock with prospect reliever Lefty Gervais going to Panaman. Burnside was 6-1 this year out of the Panama pen, while Bocock was in Double A. The 23 year old Geravis was solid in the pen for Amarillo this year so Panama gets a solid prospect.

Guardado gave up 6 runs in 6 innings and is not Every Day here. McVey drove in 3 runs while Richie Ashburn and Hopkins had 2 RBI games. Only mistake by Cleveland was the blast by notorious slugger Laughing Larry Doyle

Jack O'Connor had the go ahead hit in the 12th off of Ferrarese to score Martinez. Jeff Cirillo had 3 hits and 2 RBI's to carry the Albuquerque offense. Paris had only 4 hits over 12 innings as they struggled with "The Donald" and all of his antics. Sean Lewis drove in the lone run plating home Kevin Nicholson.

Paris got to Mike Madden for 4 runs in relief after a Juan Guzman was solid for 5 innings allowing 1 run and 2 hits. Tony Piet drove in 4 runs to go along with Elliott's power game. Umphlett's homer was one of 3 hits total for Cozumel

Transactions - Jack Dawson was put on the IL and will be out 5 weeks with bone chips in his elbow which got Barry Evans back in the majors. Evans has been on the roster for the past 3 seasons and has a .280 career batting average.

Paul Thormodsgard had a bad outing with 4 runs allowed in 4 innings and Schumacher gave up the homer to Luplow. Light hitting Farmer Weaver added 2 hits and an RBI as light hitting Trillo had a big game. Evans had 2 hits and 2 RBI's in the Paris loss

Recap - Paris got 3 runs in the 2nd inning off of Teachout and it was a blowout. Richmond allowed just 1 hit over 6 1/3 innings but walked 5 batters. Teachout pitched 4 innings and only allowed 1 earned run in the game but tired. Nicholson and Kielty drove in 4 runs while McVey had 4 hits. Trenton was limited to 2 hits, one each by Farmer Weaver and Bo Jackson.


Standing - Paris Swingers are 85-44 in first place in the NL World Division leading the Melbourne Caribou by 12 games

Looking Ahead - Paris heads to Connecticut to play the Hartford Rocketmen. Hartford is 82-47 in 6th place in the NL East trailing the first place Brooklyn Brawlers by 16 games. Paris then comes home to host the Winnipeg Wolf Pack.

Kraus got the win but gave up 3 runs in 5 innnings. Burroughs drove in 4 runs and the anomaly known as Hansen hit 3 solo shots. Hopkins had 3 hits and 3 RBI's and Craig Gerber had a 3 hit game for Paris in defeat

Recap - This was a 1-0 game after 7 innings with Parker and Hittle battling it out. Paris got 3 in the 8th and Hartford came back with 3 runs and Paris got 3 more in the 9th and Hartford rallied for 2 in the 9th but fell short. Paris got to relieve Zach Putnam for 3 runs to expand their lead. Parker pitched 7 1/3 innings allowed just 1 run and had 6 K's. Hopkins continues his tear in the second half and now has 32 homers and 106 RBI's while batting .284, Sean Lewis drove in 2 runs as well. Bubbles Hargrave had 3 hits for Hartford and Hansen hit a 3 run blast.

Recap - Evans hits the pinch hit 2 run shot off of O'Day in the 8th to give the Swingers the game. Jason Bere fanned 9 batters but was lifted after 5 by Hartford. Evans was batting for Bob Elliott which was a gutsy call by Paris manager Adam Platek. Wade was in dominant form but got the no decision. Gail Hopkins and Tony Piet each 2 hits as Paris had 7 hits in the game. Hartford was limited to just 3 hits all game

Thormodsgard was decent 2 earned runs allowed over 5 innings. Joltin Joe drove in 3 runs and was a fan favorite for the visiting team and Nix had 2 RBI's. Richie Ashburn and Evans had 2 hits each for Paris in defeat

Teddy Higuera was not good for Winnipeg lasting 4 innings and yielding 4 runs. Elliott drove in 4 runs and Hopkins remained hot with 3 hits to get the win. Ian Kinsler had 2 hits while NBA bigman Ayton hit 2 mammoth homers.

Recap - Winnipeg had a 5-0 lead after 5 and were in cruise control as tech billionaire Schmidt was in the zone Cleveland was not effective as he gave up 5 runs in 4 1/3 innings. Siebern had 3 hits and 3 RBI's, while Laynce Nix had 2 hits and 2 RBI's to carry Winnipeg to the win. Tony Piet had 3 of the 6 this by Paris while Lee Richmond as the DH drove in the lone run.

Standing - Paris Swingers are 88-47 in first place in the NL World but the Moscow Battalion improved to 10 games back with 27 games left in the season.

Looking Ahead - Paris heads to Nebraska to play the Lincoln Music. Lincoln is 42-93 in 12th place in the NL Midwest. Then Paris heads home to play the Sacramento Bees.
