What would you like to see added to OOTP 21 - Page 12

I would really appreciate the developers finding ways to improve the solo players options/experience.

Say as in, allowing us to set up “House Rules”.
That the game keeps track of to keep us honest.

Allowing us to set (Per Year):

How many trades we can make.
How many Free Agents we can sign.
How many Waiver claims we can do.
And, so on.

Maybe add it to the owners list of responsibilities.

Or, that’s just my 2 cents.

- On the trade screen you can click "Make this trade work now."
It would be nice if you felt you weren't getting enough from the computer you could ask them to sweeten the trade.

Not sure if this has been mentioned, but a way to set the schedule template i.e. choose how many games team has in their own division, and versus other divisions.

Native NCAA option, not actual schools and all ( that can be modded easily) but the format, losing players after 4 years, etc.

-Teams automatically renovate or buy new stadiums.
-Concession prices
-Stop refreshing the page whenever adding a player to the shortlist, it's annoying and time-consuming

But what I want the most by far is for the feeder system of college & HS to be built out.

Can we have the option to select where we start a new game? For example, instead of starting the league in Spring training or Opening Day, perhaps start after the World Series ends so you can have a full off season?

I'd like to see 5-10 extra uniform slots, which can be empty, as people may insert custom-made uniforms via Uniform Maker, a program developed by another person in the forums. Also, I'd like to see the option of selecting which uniform each team uses on any specific day. I'm tired of constantly see Grey Unis at White Unis all the time. One last request relating to uniforms, I'd like to see the ability to change the colors of pants.

2 things I would love to see added in the future. These have been mentioned by various people in the past, but I reiterate:

--Expansion of Spring Training, e.g. Actual Spring Training sites and Ballparks per team, split squad games, Grapefruit and Cactus League standings and Leaders, realistic spring training schedules, etc.
--Would also love to see the coaches expanded. Able to hire additional coaches, and assign coaches as 3rd, 1st, Bullpen, etc. Also coaches could be hired as assistant hitting coach or assistant pitching coach and not only help the hitting or pitching coach, but the coaches could improve and develop. Would also love to be able to assign coaches to various things, like a coach could be sassigned to work with the infielders, etc.

I would like to see a players career stats against a team. I've noticed there's a player's career against a pitcher, however there's no way to see a players career against a team.

the score board widget in the game play, be able to be used in the score board in the ball parks being made, so the scoreboard is live like at the ballpark

I would like to see award automatically given based on statistics

Homerun king - awarded to player with most HRs in season
Strikeout king - awarded to pithcer with most Ks in a season
Power king - awarded to player with highest SLG%
few examples then just be creative!

Provide an ability for the scouts to look for certain characteristics or abilities. For instance, look for players with high work ethics, low greed, or a contact rating above X. Also would like to see input/suggestions from coaches concerning current team players in addition to scouts opinion. If a coach is telling me a player is not worth keeping on the team due to declining skills or bad attitude, that would be helpful in making a decision on whether to keep or dump. Also need an option to keep an AI assistant GM from placing a player on waivers. I had a pitcher that my scout was saying had elite potential but my assistant GM waived him because he was out of options and a lower current rating than the rest of the pitchers

Dump the text to speech. It really slows things down and a computer voice adds nothing.

would like to:
* display the scout and the OSA ratings columns on the same screen
* have tag controls on the coaches lists so I can delete large numbers of coaches
* have a hot button to quickly toggle between human managers, and maybe even the option to have the combined emails/task lists of two managers displayed in the same lists to save the constant switching needed when people play as two different managers
