I'm not sure what the deal is, but I never receive SI emails to my aol address, regardless of situation(I only use the webmail, BTW). It never even gets to my spam folder either.

I accidentally deleted the e-mail I got back when I pre-ordered. I just called their customer service line and not 3 minutes later did I have my order ID. They gave it to me over the phone and e-mailed it to me again. Great customer service.

Do I 'PM' someone or not? 'PM'?

I assume I'm in a database as 'purchased' and I assume everyone who purchased would be sent the download link.

I got missed...what do I do?
