Sorry my Tribe couldn't beat your division rival again...

Gibson swings, and a fly ball to deep right field! This is gonna be a home run! Unbelievable! A home run for Gibson! And the Dodgers have won the game, 5 to 4; I don't believe what I just saw! I don't believe what I just saw!

Wow what a game. I can't believe that the whole game went by and no one posted here. Just listened to the end of it on the radio.

Yeah sadly I do most of my A's chatter at athleticsclubhouse.com

Nice to see Swisher and Chavy finally hit some balls out, and Buck's triple showed Geren why he should nevereverever sacrifice bunt because sac bunts are stupid.

Well we lose a heartbreaker and then steal one. One hell of a rollercoaster series.

Couldn't think of a better time for Scutaro to get his second hit of the season.

Last night with two on would have been a good time too.

I was at all three of those games and although I'm a Yankee fan, watching that walkoff in person was pretty cool. This is second I've seen Scutaro hit a walkoff homer (the first against the Orioles in 2004) and just being a fan of the game, it's fun watching a guy do it. Funny thing, it's almost always the guys hitting less than their weight getting the big hit with the game on the line. Damn.

I'm disappointed I missed this series because they were all down to the wire games. That's what MLB.tv archived games are for though, so I'll using the off day to watch pieces of these games!

You know it's good when Crosby hits a 3 run tater off Weaver

I still don't think he's very good. But we'll take it.

Gaudin definitely deserves a W today. Daaaamn.

Then you're wrong. As bad as everybody thinks he's been, he's essentially been a league-average SS (below average bat, above average D) albeit missed time from injury.

I'd love to be wrong in this case. I just don't trust him (not that I trust very many of the A's offensively).

I don't trust the A's offense right now either. But man, I would not trade it for the Angels O. That was an awful lineup they brought out tonight.

I prefer the old-style Beane A's who played shoddy D, mashed the ball, and got on base. They won more and were more fun to watch. Don't really give a crap if "that **** didn't work in the playoffs."

No kidding. WTF will it take to get Melhuse a start? Geren is afraid of making Kendall mad just like Macha was, apparently.

Day game after a night game and we still have the same ****er at catcher:

Stewart
Swisher
Chavez
Piazza
Walker
Crosby
Buck
Kendall
Scutaro
