Stryper Red Devils signed future HOFer 1B/DH Kevin France. While he may not be the player he was with Endor City or Oakland, it is really nice seeing him back in the EBL. Ford does play Stryper in 2023. Think he will take offense if I have Harold Walker toss him a 97 mph brush back pitch?

Skywalker Jedi Knights signed 1B Wilmer Flores to a 3 yr deal.
Gotham City signed SP Ethan Hollingsworth.

Cloud City Thrantas made an unbelievable trade today. They sent All Star Gold Glove 3B Michael Peters to Atlanta Brave for 3B John Lindsey, and 2 minor leaguers.

About 20 years ago Mr Spock was involved in the Genesis project. it re-transformed him. James McCullen, better known to some as destro bought the development to the Genesis Project and with teh help of dr Mindbender they together transformed 3 planets known then as B-80, B-81 & B-82. Although it took 10 years they helped make these 3 planets as inhabitable to planets that could now be home to billions. b-80 was renamed Grenedier, home to Destro and his troops. B-82 was renamed Serpentor and was the base for Cobra for years until King Serpentor was taken down by G.I. Joe. B-81 which was originally called Cobra-La was captured by G.I. Joe with help of Admiral Fox' Tiger Squadron.
Admiral Fox bought the planet from the New Republic in 2015. in 2019 the planet was renamed Illinois based on the home state on earth by Admiral Fox. Admiral Fox with the help of Destro, who has been an ally of the New Republic for some time helped transform Illinois to an almost replica of the state of Illinois on Earth. All cities on Illinois mirror those of the state of Illinois, although some are bigger.
In 2022 Admiral Fox announced that Illinois would start having professional sports leagues starting with the IBL, the 1st pro baseball league on Illinois. The IBL will start out as a 6 team, 1 subleague league.

The IBL will not have a draft and will sign FA's from the available league of nations. Admiral Fox owns the Chicago Fire. A.J. Pantaleo will own the Lombard Falcons and other teams are owned by businessmen from Earth Illinois and have helped for the planet of Illinois.

The IBL will feature some unique parks. Also all players over 1 stars were deleted. Finances from 1963. 4 players were added to the league.

As we move along through free Agency & the Offseason, this team is a bit different then last year. I traded 1B Bill Wyett to Chevy for 1B Jordan Leyland. Bill was great for me last year but after losing Pearl we lacked power. Now I did not know that Toni Kline & Stacy Spear were going retire til a day before they announced. I had planned on platooning Leyland & Kline. Spear would have still started at SS vs LHP.
I traded RP Dexter Ruetecki & CF Tyrone Millatone to Endor City for some prospects. Ruetecki although good, i just didn't have a good spot for him in the 7th or 8th inning with Tregger & Hernandez here. With rookies Will Cole & Jackson Smith coming up the OF was getting clogged.
We have more speed then in years past. Defense should be about the same. SS Jim DeLuna reminds me a bit of Ozzie Guillen He will compete for the starting job at SS vs LHP along with Benji Packer & rookie Brett Wagner.
Basic lineup vs RHP is solid but I doubt I am done making moves.
The rotation going into ST is set.
