I don't plan to use any of these... the green just doesn't appeal to me. Do not make any changes for me... just make them for you. Or make them for jg2977... but not for me. Appreciate your efforts, but you can't please me... our tastes in colors are totally difference... I have used only one cap and one jersey that you have ever made... one cap for the Hillsboro Blazers and one home jersey for the Hillsboro Blazers. Please do graphics for you... and jg2977... but not for me. As I have told you many, many times before... I only use graphics done by the txranger, knuckler, low, No Pepper, Lawn Loaf, rock'n'fire, cephasjames, golem64 and people with that kind of style and talent... there are 10-15 others that I would be honored if they did logos for me... the list would be long and I wouldn't want to leave anyone off. I have a terrible affliction... EC is very hard to please... hope you understand. Last edited by Eugene Church; 04-02-2022 at 03:45 PM. |

You're not going to be using the primary items I made for Glasco here, most likely, at least? Those don't have any green on them, I believe. Of course, I'll probably make more along the way for the Foxhounds, for I'm going to start Glasco off as them in at least one of my dynasties, if I haven't already, for sure.
I'm not totally sold on all the above items myself, to be completely honest with you, but I still wanted to see how the green looked in combination with other colors here, just the same, EC. I may need/want to work with them more later, in truth, I think. Just so you know this here well enough, for sure. Talk more with you later, and all, Lord willing, of course. As always, use what you like, and don't use what you don't like. But at least I'm getting more experience with making graphics here and all, you know, EC. Even if what I'm turning out isn't always as good as it possibly could be at a certain time, for sure. CD out.

As far as the Foxhounds, I'll probably continue to work on them until I can come up with a look that I think looks the best for them and their related items. I may not have found such a look for them yet, I think, so I'll see what else I can come up with for them when and if I can. May or may not explore the possibility of changing up the colors considerably as well, for various reasons, related to them and their items, but I haven't yet decided one way or another about that sort of thing here. Just so you know, EC and/or jg2977.
Some of them do look nice, but others most likely need some more work done on them here, as far as I can currently tell or gather, for the Foxhounds moniker. We'll have to see about that later, though, I think. CD out.

CD, I will not use any of the Glasco Foxhounds... I will use the ones I made.
Do them anyway you would like to do them... do them for yourself. |

I won’t be using your Glasco uniforms either, CD, as my Glasco is the Celtics and will remain so.

That's perfectly fine with me. They never won as the Glasco Foxhounds in your IPA, so unless you ever want to do a Foxhounds night, like during the 1981 or any other special anniversary seasons, by all means, you should continue to always use Glasco Celtics-related items for them. Or if you ever decide to return to the Foxhounds nickname for them full-time, of course. They've only won titles as the Celtics in your IPA, after all, jg2977. So why not leave them as the Celtics for at least the foreseeable future, then? That's what I'd recommend, in any case, at least as of the present time here.
Besides, I'm not totally satisfied with the current looks of all of the posted items I've done already for them at the present time. So I'll probably continue to work on them more every so often as time and desire and all arise for me, if and whenever possible and all, in truth. I don't know how long it will take me to come up with an overall look for them that I'm sufficiently satisfied with, whether it be for caps or uniforms or whatever, just yet, for that matter. Please stay tuned, jg2977. Thank you. CD out.

2974 season? Contract with 200 of your classmates? Just some potential errors in your South Islands-related dynasty thread that I spotted easily enough, that I thought you should be aware of here, that's all, EC. CD out.

But 200 classmates was accurate... go back and read it... I mentioned 922 were in my graduating class... and that, at best, I really only had casual acquaintance with 200 of them. Yep, CD, I should have used "contact" instead of "contract". Last edited by Eugene Church; 04-09-2022 at 06:15 PM. |

You meant you were perhaps in contact with roughly 200 on a regular enough basis, don't you? Not contract? You must have added an extra letter to the appropriate word by accident or something, I figure, EC. CD out.

As a birthday gift to you, if you want, please pick a team for me to do of yours, whether existing or a potential future team, and give me the needed details, EC. I'll try to have them ready by sometime tomorrow, then, if you do, as best as I can. CD out.

You just give me the relevant related details for one or more teams, whether they've existed before or not in your dynasties, and I'll do the very best I possibly can with the team or teams in question here based on those details, whether or not I've already done work for them here, EC. After that, you can then certainly judge just how well I did based on your instructions, of course, as always, for that team or those teams. And use what I make or not, as you so choose, as well, you know. CD out.

Any relevant imagery that you'd perhaps like or want me to use would also be quite helpful here, EC. Just so you know, or pictures of what you have currently for the relevant team or teams here, for that matter. CD out.

CD, I went through and found several teams that need to be reworked in a traditional style that I prefer... some of the recently created updates are a little too fancy and modern for me.
I will post the instructions for the first team soon. |

CD, I'll be finishing up my 1980 playoffs soon - I'm almost at the Pro Cup Final. I was going to add one of your players for the 1981 season, so I'll need his player info.

Give me a day or two or so, and I should hopefully have it ready for you by then. But first, I'll need at least a basic rundown of any potential teams he could be on as of the present time, and also their near-future outlooks, roster-wise, at least. That's so I can hopefully better tailor Ralph Clairborne's profile to the chosen eligible team you have in mind for him. I believe you were thinking Turon might be the best place for him to start his career at, if memory serves me correctly here.
Get me the requested/required information, please, and then I'll make up a profile for him as quickly as I can, and as best as I can, for you to either create as is, or modify as needed and/or desired here, jg2977. Give me at least a day or two right after you provide that information, if not at least three days, to come up with his profile here, if you can. Thank you. CD out.

CD, here is an update on Gordon and Arthyr Freeman in the South Island Supreme League.
They both play for the Moon Valley Dreamers... bad news for Gordon Freeman... he had a terrible spring and did not make the roster for the new 1958 season... he was 2-4 as their primary starter with a 7.33 ERA... he struck out 41 batters and walked 26 in 56 innings... he surrendered 10 homers... in his first season last year Gordon had a decent year with a 4-1 record and a pretty good 3.61 ERA, striking out 37 in 42 innings with 16 walks... he gave up 4 homers and 44 base hits... not much of a hitter... Gordon only batted .209 with 9 hits in 43 AB... scored 4 times, but had no ribbies... he got 8 walks and stole 5 bases in 8 tries. He is on the reserve roster now... just 19 years old... should Moon Valley need a pitcher, I will give him another shot during the season... and next year he will go to Spring Training and get a chance to win a spot in the rotation again. Arthyr Freeman really thrived in right field with a standout .438 BA with 2 doubles and 5 homers in 18 games with 11 RBIs and 11 runs scored... he stole one base, but got caught 4 times. At age 20, Arthyr batted .231 last season in the 12-game South Island Supreme League... he went 9 for 39 with 1 double and 2 homers, 8 RBIs and 6 runs scored... stole one base... and played fair defense in RF (.943 FA)... he also got one relief appearance on the mound and did not do well... he allowed 2 homers, walked 4, fanned 4 and gave up 4 runs in 4 innings... 3 of the runs were not earned. |

I changed my mind... Gordon Freeman was Moon Valley's best pitcher last season... I should not have demoted him for a bad spring... so I put him on the active roster and will give him a chance to win the starting spot if he does well as a reliever.
