All set for another week of exciting baseball followed by a crushing loss in the postseason. No wonder I love this game...I hate MYSELF!

Please let me get on my soapbox. IF everyone adds a -OL to the end of their team name, it makes adding new teams to the friend list MUCH easier. You just do a search for -OL and everyone show up. Make sure to add the folks at your level, one above, and one below.

I know some people don't want to change their team names like this, but I think it will pretty much eliminate problems like this.

So, join the movement and add a "-OL" to the end of your team name. Show your pride!

Even if you put a space before the -OL, it'll come up in the search. At least my 80's All Stars can get some extra practice before getting a taste of proper competition.

For those compiling the Bronze stats, the Argonauts have been re-branded as the Little Rock Crayons. Not quite happy with the logo yet.

I decided on the theme for my final team. Packs only misery!

It will join Our League when I am able to compile a playable roster of historicals.

I wonder how some of us got separated, Both my teams have the friend's list updated and friends checked. They have each other too and are not together. Oh well.
Edit: I missed it and left the random on. I apologize to everybody. In my defense though I did not get to double check. The storms yesterday knocked our electricity out from about 1 pm until 9:30 pm. The internet was out until about an hour ago. I just fixed them though.

Didn't I warn you?

Lesson learned. Looks like you'll have to take your lumps before you can mount a challenge to your kids. Maybe by that time they will have suffered a relegation or two and you can catch up.

Judging by the rosters, his kids seem pretty savvy. I dunno if I'd count on them getting relegated!

I saw that when I logged in this morning but I didn't make the connection. I gotta say I do LOVE the logo now, even if you're not happy with it... if you want to go to 200% find some sort of crayon font to use though.

The reason I recall your logo is that when I saw it, I went to look at your roster to see if you were doing some sort of theme with players named after colors or the like. I only saw Strawberry so I figured that wasn't what you were doing!

That's a good idea. Maybe somebody more talented than me can take a crack at it, but if not I can try again when I get home from work. I like the logo creator available on the forums... only problem is I think the images are too low-res, would be nice if I could spit out a very high-res image.

By the way, I've gone very heavily into a theme, which may be hard to suss out by a quick glance at the players. It's an experimental strategy for sure, and I'm anxious to find out how it goes.

I saw my problem...and it's a boneheaded one. I thought I had set it to use friends list, but for some reason it was on random. I even double-checked to make sure. Strange...must have gotten the teams mixed up.
