English Boxing Board of Control Championship
EBBoC Title Fight - George Carnell Leisure Centre, Davyhulme, Greater Manchester, England
Audley Harrison, England, 16-3-0 (13) vs Sir Henry Cooper, England, 20-4-0 (16) Tonight marks the initial title fight for the EBBoC Championship between Harrison and Cooper. Both men enter the ring in marvelous shape. Both fighters land well-placed punches and both get a warning in the opening round, 13-12, Cooper. Harrison hurts Sir Henry with some well-placed and effective punching in the 2nd, 21-7. Sir Henry responds with a huge 3rd round, 27-2. The 4th is a slow round with both men staying on the outside. A point deduction for head-butting is taken from Sir Henry in the 6th, after he clearly won the round. Cooper looks to be slowing down in the 8th and has developed swelling around his right eye. Harrison and Cooper clash heads again, but neither man is warned. Harrison is warned for his 2nd foul in the 11th. Cooper, 15-4, in the 12th. Harrison lands a right uppercut that sends Sir Henry to the mat in the 13th. A left hook to the body puts Harrison down in the 14th. We go to the final round...Harrison lands the first shot. Both fighters trade to the final bell, 5-4, Harrison. Winner: Harrison Result: (MDec15) Cards: 142-141 Harrison, 141-141, 144-141 Harrison Punch stats: 356-1253, 28.4% Cooper - 290-793, 36.6% Harrison |

Did I miss a list for Arguello? He seems to be the only Villebillie not scheduled to fight.

Cuban National Boxing Federation Championship
CNBF Title Fight - Cienfuegos, Cuba
[Champion] Marvis "No Mercy" Noel, Cuba, 14-1-0 (12) vs Omelio Agramonte, Cuba, 15-6-0 (11) An uppercut followed by a left jab opens up a cut over Agramontes's right eye to start the fight. A left hook and right uppercut hurts the champ in the 4th round. Agramonte has swelling around both eyes besides the cut to worry about here in the 6th. The 8th is big for the champion, 18-0, as Agramonte's corner has a lot to be concerned about between rounds. The challenger has been told to step up the pressure because the fight could be stopped at any time due to the injuries on his face. But Noel is the aggressor in round 11, 20-2. The fight has been stopped in the 12th as the doctor suggests to the ref that Agramonte's injuries are too severe to continue. Winner: Noel Result: (TKO12) Cards: 108-101, on all three cards in favor of Noel Punch stats: 146-836, 17.5% Agramonte - 364-641, 56.8% Noel |

No, you did not. I still have some regional fights to complete before some fighters records are updated so I didnt want to post some lists yet because it would change between now and the start of next month (June 1955) fights. I am trying to finish all title fights this morning along with regional fights so I cant finish posting all lists, world rankings and get started with the June fights. Lots of interesting promotional fights that have title implications in June.

Nigerian Boxing Board of Control Championship
NBBoC Title Fight - Togo, Nigeria
[Champion] Duncan Dokiwari, Nigeria, 21-5-0 (20) vs Bash Ali, Nigeria, 14-5-1 (8) Bash Ali has been inactive for a good deal after making waves in the ICBA region earlier in his career. He will have to use his good boxing skills and stay away from Dokiwari's punching power if he is going to have any chance at all tonight. The champion hurts Ali in the first, out slugs him in the 2nd and 4th. Ali landed better in the 3rd, 8-6. Ali comes alive in the 5h, 15-2, as he gets in and out and lands effectively from the outside. Dokiwari is cutting off the ring much better and scores consistently in the 6th and 7th rounds. Ali hurts the champ with a one-two combination that actually had Dokiwari staggering back into the ropes in the 9th, but the champ comes back with a 15-9, 10th. Ali puts the champ down for a two count in the 11th round. 27-9, Dokiwari in the 12th as he seems to have not only recovered but been pissed off from the knockdown. A straight right puts Ali down in the 14th. Ali survives the 22-4 round, but only has one more round to try to win this fight. A combination to the head and body puts Dokiwari down in the middle of the 15th round. The champ gets up at the count of eight and manages to survive the round, 22-9. We go to the cards in this great fight! Winner: Dokiwari Result: (UD15) Cards: 143-139, on all three cards in favor of Dokiwari Punch stats: 346-1076, 32.2% Ali - 383-796, 48.1% Dokiwari |

United States National Boxing Association Championship
USNBA Title Fight - Houston Civic Auditorium, Houston, TX, USA
[Champion] Jeff Wooden, USA, 16-1-0 (12) vs Buster Mathis, USA, 15-4-0 (3) Mathis controls the opening round from bell to bell, 17-0. Wooden wakes up in the 2nd and keeps it even, 6-6. A cross opens a cut over the right eye of Mathis in the 3rd round. Mathis seems to be doing better landing from the outside while Wooden tries to keep the fight on the inside. Mathis' eye is worsening as we enter the 5th round. Wooden is going to work on the cut and lands a jab and a straight left that reopens Mathis' cut. The ref is stopping this fight with 0:23 seconds remaining in the fifth. Jeff Wooden will retain his belt with a (TKO5). Winner: Wooden Result: (TKO5)(Cuts) Cards: 39-38 Mathis, 39-39, 39-38 Mathis Punch stats: 160-318, 50.3% Mathis - 83-460, 18% Wooden |

Peter defends his ABU strap with a third round knockout. Winner: Peter Result: (KO3) Cards: 20-19, 20-18, 20-18, all three cards in favor of Peter Punch stats: 56-178, 31.5% Squires - 85-293, 29% Peter |

This is how it looks like it is panning out: Chuck "No Doubt" Norton is going to sign to fight Mike Tyson in a rematch. Tyson scored a stunning 1st round knockout the first time these two fighters met in a title fight. Norton-Tyson II in July 1955. If Norton wins, he and Joe Louis are looking for the first ever, unification bout at the end of 1955. WBA Champion, Muhammad Ali faces Joe Frazier at the end of this month, next fight to be posted. That leaves Calzaghe with the option of fighting the IBF Champion, Jack Dempsey in August. If you plan on accepting this title fight, Calzaghe must relinquish his CBC and EBU titles.

World Boxing Association Championship
WBA Title Fight - Fenway Park, Boston, MA, USA
[Champion] Muhammad Ali, USA, 22-4-0 (17) vs [WBA3/World8] Joe Frazier, USA, 23-5-0 (23) Former IBF Champion, Smokin' Joe Frazier, steps into the ring to face WBA Champion, Muhammad Ali in front of a capacity crowd here at Fenway Park. Frazier starts the fight by landing a straight right, but Ali scores more often, 7-4, with a solid hook, lead right and cross in the 1st. An excellent 2nd round, 11-11, that sees both fighters exchanging blows in the middle of the ring. 14-12, 3rd for Ali. Frazier goes to work in the 4th, 24-6, and Ali looks dazed as he leans against the ropes. The 5th is the same as the 4th, 17-2, Frazier. 16-8, Frazier in the 6th. Another round for Smokin' Joe as he seems to have found the range, 17-6. 23-4, Frazier in the 8th, as Ali is unable to keep Joe off of him. Ali is down in the 9th, as Frazier continues his charging attack that hasnt really been answered since the 4th round. Ali is up but looks staggered. Frazier charges in and pushes Ali against the ropes. The ref warns Frazier for pushing but Ali doesnt work off of the ropes and is getting hit by all clean shots with over half the round left. Frazier is relentless and the ref finally has to step in to save Ali. Joe Frazier is the new WBA Champion! Winner: Frazier Result: (TKO9) Cards: 79-74, 78-75, 78-75, all three cards in favor of Frazier Punch stats: 150-208, 72.1% Ali - 269-838, 32.1% Frazier |

Top Rank Suite, Swansea, Glamorgan, Wales
Jimmy Wilde, Wales, 0-1-0 vs Maurice Hope, England, Pro Debut
The Mighty Atom and Muckboys Promotions do not take a rest and have chosen another top-rated prospect for a return to the ring. While most fighters and handlers would take an easy fight to pad the record or regain some confidence, Wilde and his trainers want to fight the best. Maurice Hope is another in the line of exceptional young, prospects from the U.K., specifically England, making their professional debuts in 1955. Hope seems to have taken the first three rounds with his efficient punching and effective defense. A close 6th, 11-8, for Wilde, may be his only good round of the fight. A left hook puts Wilde down in the 7th. A huge combination drops Wilde again in the 8th. 21-10, Wilde in the 9th, but he is so far behind now that he may need a knockout. Hope comes back and scores well and often, 16-12, in the 10th. Wilde 25-3, in the 11th. Wilde lands a combination in the 12th that puts Hope on his back. Hope doesnt look good and is not able to get up! Jimmy Wilde pulls a huge come from behind, knockout victory here with 2:00 minutes remaining in the 12th round! Winner: Wilde Result: (KO12) Cards: 106-101, on all three cards in favor of Hope Punch stats: 276-751, 36.8% Hope - 215-652, 33% Wilde |

CBC & EBU titles vacated...
NLP and Joe Calzaghe sign contract to fight for the IBF Championship in August 1955, against IBF Champion, Jack Dempsey. This will be Calzaghe's first world title shot (and first promotional team to receive world title fight). Calzaghe relinquishes both his CBC and EBU belts.
The EBU will fill the vacant title by having former EBU champion, Vitali Klitschko, Ukraine, 18-4-0 (17) face off against Billy Conn, Ireland, 15-1-0 (7) later this month, June 1955.
