I would gladly trade my perfect Trout card for a 1965 Mays card. In fact I would even throw in a Gerrit Cole card or a Corey Kluber card to go along with Trout. That is how hung up on Mays am I. The 65 Mays.

Team has clawed themselves to within half a game of a wild card right now, as the pitching and hitting were much better today. Weirdly enough, the worst player by OPS+ on the team right now is my Lindor (98)… which makes me feel uneasy about my yield from the pack I just allowed myself with the proceeds of the sale of my double Wheeler (just 1,440 net…); although there are several goodies in this pack …:

Have just logged in to see that somehow I got 4 guys selected to the All Star team. Cool.
Also am now amazingly 2 games above .500, and on a 5-game win streak. Activated Paul Waner (66 OVR) and he's hitting .480 in his first 7 games and just earned his first 20PP. 10 more and he's broken even ![]() EDIT: 14 games back in the division but now only 1/2 game back in the wildcard...

Easily the worst month my team has had in beta or live, 6-17 with 3 games to go for July. I was a bit behind Thorpe Springs and Catalina, but well ahead of everyone else for the 2nd wildcard spot when the month began. Now I have someone 1/2 a game behind for the 2nd spot.

I have my 15 wins for this month. Hopefully I can win one of the last two games of the day to break the 15 win barrier after having that many wins in each of the last 3 months.
4 divisions already have teams with such leads that the division is basically sewed up already. The team that leads my division has 2 perfect, 2 diamonds and 1 high gold (89) in their rotation. They also have 2 perfects and 2 diamonds in their lineup. I am still running with nothing above a gold. The good news is that I beat that team 2 out of 3 in our last series. |

Leading my division pretty handily. I've actually got a pretty good chance this season; there's only two teams with a better record than me, and they're both in the opposite conference. And I'm only 65-42! I landed in a soft league overall, apparently. My dual Johnnys (Bench and Mize) are leading the way.
Also just pulled Patrick Corbin from a pack. Immediately put him into the rotation. He proceeds to let up 10 runs over 5.1 innings. Whatcha gonna do. ![]() |

There is a team in my league that is leading their division by a couple of games and they are 3 games under .500. I am in the wrong division

Finished today's sim at 54-55. Had my first 15K game, with my pitcher also on track for a shutout before the AI yanked him with 2 outs to go after he allowed a single. We were leading 4-0. I'm 19 1/2 games back in the division but just 1 1/2 games out of the wildcard.
Added Davey Johnson partway through month. I felt bad (but only for a minute) because I swooped in with 30 seconds to go on the auction and stole him from somebody else who I imagine had placed an early bid and was patiently waiting to add him to their collection.

After a June Swoon (8-19), my team has climbed back into contention due to the #2 wildcard spot being occupied by three sub-500 teams. So we could end up in the playoffs, though I would anticipate our stay to be short. So far, it's been pitching and defense that's keeping us near .500. Our record makes us 17th in the league so if the top 16 teams that advance are chosen by record, we'll stay at the bronze level which is what I'm hoping for.
I have only 3 golds on my roster and 2 of them are in the bullpen. I've not spent any money and I've not sold anything in the auction and I've not opened any packs so I've upgraded only by using PP earned so far. Since my team isn't so great at earning PP, I've been busy trying to find bargains on the AH and that has been part of the fun so far. Here are the standings at the moment:

My team went 11-4 after the All Star Break in July.... and didn't net me a single achievement.
Currently sitting at 64-43 and leading my division by 5 games, so I'll take it, but we will see how long it lasts. |

here is my F2P 74-35 team, the second place team in my league has 16 golds and 2 94+ rated players... might be a tough WS matchup https://imgur.com/a/nZVcd30

Well, my team had another 11-game win-streak overnight.
Suddenly the team that stumbled out of the gates with an 10-22 record, including a 9-game skid, hat built a comfortable 7 game lead and the 7th best overall record 21-6 in June and 20-5 in July ![]()

Not awful for a team that started the season a frightening 13-24. That division leader has an all-gold team with Scherzer (97) and Trout (100) sprinkled in. That must have been expensive.

Daddy has a run?
And this is the pack *after* the one I opened a Herb Score (89) with that I decided to float just to see whether I could fetch five digits. ![]() If it makes you feel better, luck always evens out. The actual Raccoons lost consecutive 11-inning, 5-2 games to the .360 Loggers last night, which must have built up enough karma points to allow for these grabs. ![]() ![]() Cooooooole. ![]() I don't even know who to kick from the rotation. I also have a number of more historical bronze and live Mets cards than what is on the reserve roster here, but they are inactive.
