I was wondering if self created players should count for this thread. IOf they would heres a few of my EBL HOF ers. Han Solo 2b, Lando Calrissian 3B, Chewbacca 1B (not in the hall) Luke Skywalker CF, Bruce Wayne sr & jr CF jr played for Gotham City. Jack Napier sr & jr. SP Kool Kat 2B, Mighty Joe Young RF & Draco SP (not harry potter 1) the dragon 1.

Not too funny, but I kind of like it though : My new ace SP is named Tom Morrow.

I think the media could come up with some really nice lines, maybe

"Better luck, Tom Morrow" after a loss or "Wait until Tom Morrow" if the
rest of my rotation messes things up (as they usually do

). My fans
could sport shirts reading "Tom Morrow never dies"; hopefully we won't
see any big signs reading "No Tom Morrow" if he's slumping ...

Geordi was randomly generated. I imagined he had uber-trekkies for parents, but he got teased a lot in school, so grew up hating Star Trek. Being a fringe prospect at best though, he kept the name, hoping it might generate a little publicity. He suffered a CEI two years into his career though, just after getting promoted to AA.

the only thing that may not be accurate is the amount of S's in his name. they maybe have been more or less. but you get the idea. i accidentally deleted him.

Not sure if I ever dropped this one in here, but here's one LOST fans will enjoy.

Game-created player James LaFleur is basically the best hitter in my league. Future HOF catcher.

* South African powerhouse Hailie "King Kong" Miriam-el-Hadrioui (at OPS .975+ three years in a row, a much better hitter than Dave "King Kong" Kingman);

* Middle reliever / spot starter Jose Molina.

The first overall pick in my solo league this year (by me)....

A Belarusian by the name of Vsevolod Lovelius. Because that doesn't flow off the tongue, I came up with a nickname for him.

Vesuvius.

I hold my draft in the offseason. He was good enough to start in the big leagues as a shortstop on Day 1. And just like his.....explosive namesake, he hit a walkoff HR in his first major league game.

When I saw this guy I had to draft him. Zero-potential single-A plug. Dumb as a brick. Overall, a pretty bad draft pick.
