You are welcome to them any time Tom. They are not really ratings per se. I used the 17 zero templates that I had and generic overall rating templates 1 to 7. I listed them all out on a spread sheet and gave them a number based on known wins and losses with a modifier for titles. Then I bell curved every 50 years over the ratings -17 to 7 with -3 being my average guy.

At the very least, I can give you the spreadsheet with the names, career dates and records that will give you something to work your own ratings from.

Hmm, the letters from Smallwood and Slack are almost unreadable - I need to figure out a better font to use that will transfer well enough to read.
