I'm currently adjusting, retiring boxers listed as active in the database. Since mid-summer, I've progressed from the heavyweight ranks to the junior featherweight class.

Hi IceTea,

Any chance of an update to Kelly Pavlik and Jorge Arce on the next update? Arce is still @ FLY, with an "in game" record of 55-6-1 (42) and Kelly is @ MW with a record of 36-2 (32). Maybe a heavier Arce, especially after his tremendous victory over Vazquez Jr @ JFW, and Kelly @ SMW, even though his performance wasn't 100% in his return.

Also, you mentioned that at some point, you'd be able to add trainers in the updates. Is that something you are able to do? If I had a request for future versions of the game, it would be the ability to add new trainers/cutmen. I feel like there are many modern day trainers that are not in the game and if I'm running a modern day uni, it kind of throws it. For example, if I constructed a Mayweather Jr vs Sergio Martinez matchup, Roger Mayweather is there to be chosen as a trainer, but Gabriel Sarmiento isn't.

You can make the trainers yourself without any difficulty. It's a bit of a pain to create 100 or so of them every time you start a uni. But much easier than fighters.

At this time, I can't update trainers in the game. Each game owner must do that on their own. I'm hoping that I can add cornermen, judges, referees in the future.

I'll update Pavlik and Arce.

I create them, but I pretty much just wing it. I don't think the caliber of trainer affects the fights very much. Not as much as the cutmen. I have a list that I make, but my ratings are just random. I just like to have some Asian trainers for the Asian fighters and any fighter with his trainer in his bio I will make.

The way I have been doing it is what I learned from Bear.

1 - Open the game

2 - Click update data pool

3 - Enter your universe

4 - Update data pool within your universe.

Or do it in a totally separate universe and just export the fighters you want to import to you current universe.

It happens. The records change periodically. During my own research, I've discovered fights that weren't listed on boxrec.
