Thank you battists!
I have now downloaded, created a new path to get it off my network (per tech support's FAQ), copied data to where the program can find it (per tech support) and started a fictional league just to assure myself that the face gen is going to work for me. And yes it does!
Now I'm off to really try it out and form my first impressions. Yes!

best bet would be to email support@elicense.com and give them the game name and your email.

I did it earlier and five minutes later I had the Order ID.
