And I'll say it again the only people who suffer in all of this are the fans of Juventus who had nothing to do with the scandal in the first place.

May I also add the fans of the teams that will be facing RM? Its like they have an allstar team from the WC.

They could be dangerous they've actually seen sense and got a manager who can manage and a defender who can actually defend.

Maybe they should cancel the CL competition and have RM and Chelsea play a best of 7.

I think Barcelona would have something to say about that.

Thought maybe some naked person in LA would like this report from my local free paper cut it down a bit but the main stuff is still in it.

33 yr old Maddox was a legend at Altrincham, having made more than 300 appearances for the Robins in a 10 yr spell and was a member of the 2003 FA Trophy winning side.

Nelson has been busy during the summer putting together a strong squad, Nelson has released Gareth Stoker, Alex Hay and Ryan McDowell, while teenage centre-half Liam Coyne as moved to FC United who in return have agreed to play a friendly at Hilton Park on August 5th.

Leigh will be boosted in August by the return of former RMI star Martyn Lancaster who is playing in the USA while midfielder Steve Abbott is also expected to be on board.

Is this a good signing or are the pair simply washed up? And Im sorry to see Liam Coyne leave.

I'm figuring Maddox and Manning will be used for stability for the next year or two with them knowing each other, as for Wigan I'm a bit anxious on paper were a better team than last year replacing Bullard with a Dutch international in Landzaat and replacing Roberts with Heskey who could strike up a great partnership with Camara.

Also Kirklands a great signing and if he stays injury free could be a longterm signing rather than just a years loan as Wigans manager Paul Jewell said Kirklands just been unlucky with injuries it's not like he's had 2 or 3 thigh injuries were that could be a problem, I'll post some more stories on Leigh RMI as they come through, paper gets delivered on Thursdays so prob post them on a Friday or Saturday.

It was never an edict from FIFA, it was just one of Blatter's many amazing ideas.
But it is currently on the backburner as a lot of the big European leagues that have 20 teams have revolted against it and said they will not be reducing their numbers (La Liga and the Premier League especially vocal). But at some point when he needs to get back in the media spotlight, he will come out with it again, you can be sure of that.

In the Midlands, nearest big city is Birmingham, although there is a London borough called Kingsbury as well but the town if that's what you mean is in the Midlands.

Anyone see the Maribor vs Villareal match? Watching Maribor coach Marijan Pušnik hyperventilate on the sidelines was more fun than watching the match itself. And then there were the purple shorts he was wearing.

Watching 2 goals and 3 Villareal players sent off on the last few minutes makes this a candidate for fascinating match of the year.

Walsall just got relegated from the second division in my CM4 dynasty.

I've gotten QPR to the top half of the 1st Division Table!

How are Newcastle and Middlesbourough looking this season?
They along with Leeds are the only English teams I cheer for

My cousin's a Leeds fan since the days of Lorimer, Hunter and Bremner, Newcastle need some more signings but by all accounts a big wedge of their transfer kitty went on Duff who their going to try and use as an out an out forward until Owen returns that's their weak point. Also Glen Roeder is another weak point as his managment career as been poor to say the least, manager of Gillingham - relegated, Watford - sacked before they got relegated, West Ham - relegated and Newcastle - ?

Middlesborough are a bit tricky to judge as nobody know's what Southgate is capable of as their new manager, Borough along with Newcastle could be one of those surprise teams dragged into the relegation fight.
