J. B. Greer
J. B. Greer was an officer for the Cleveland Bears, Knoxville Red Caps, and Jacksonville Red Caps during the 1939-42 period. I don't know about his role with the other teams, but he was the owner of the Cleveland Bears.

Bill White
This Bill White is described as a manager of the Newark Eagles on the baseball-fever.com website. This photo is an extraction from a larger photo which pictures him with Abe Manley and Biz Mackey. Given Biz's history with the Eagles, the years could be 1939-41, 1945-47, or 1950. This all makes me wonder if the subject is Eugene "Bill" White, who was with Abe Manley and the Newark Eagles as a third baseman in 1936. I can't verify that, so I'm sticking with this fellow as the manager of the Newark Eagles, and leaving Eugene White as a player whose photo we are missing.

Bob Wiggins
Bob Wiggins was a shortstop with the Chicago Brown Bombers in 1942. He is shown here in a Detroit Cubs uniform. He should not be confused with the Robert "Bob" Wiggins who came much later, and was an outfielder with the Raleigh Tigers in 1959 and 1960.

Maurice Wiggins
Maurice Wiggins was a shortstop on the Chicago American Giants in 1920. He also played on Gilkerson's Union Giants in 1933. I think that the uniform in which he is shown represents an all-star team of a semi-pro league.
