This one too, although this was taken way out of context.

Chavez was pulled from the game because the Twins had a good lead (not because of an injury). I was glad he was pulled because he could easily turn the game around with the swing of a bat.

Yep, but I didn't intend to come off as blaming the umpires for the loss or anything. That call lowered the % of winning from about 1% to .75%. No biggie, other than I root harder for Frank at this point than anybody else.

Hopefully that 9th inning made Nathan unavailable for at least tomorrow...but the A's shouldn't be in a position to face Nathan tomorrow anyway.

I didn't think you were blaming the umps for the loss; I was being completely serious. I am probably one of the biggest Big Hurt fans on the board, and thats why I said that. Hell, I was even rooting for his HR tonight against MY Twins.

Since July, Scutaro has been much more than an automatic out. .353 OBP, .466 SLG.
