Hunter's 3rd Grand slam would be cool, too. I'd prefer they save it until tomorrow though.

Bobby Crosby is twice the player Scutaro is, even if he stays the offensive piece of crap he's been all year. His defense is so much better than Scutaro it's not even funny.

Magnet isn't being an ass yet. As long as he doesn't do what Tim did earlier this year I'm OK with him.

It just strikes me as strange, there's never non-A's fans in the thread unless the A's are losing.

He posted a picture of a broom when the Twins swept the A's, but I know that wasn't all. It must've been something he said and I'd have to go back to find it. Maybe it was too many combinations of the dancing banana and the boogie man. I just know I got really pissed.

Well, I was going by the Raiders' fans a bit on that one; simple transferrance, due to it being the same city.

Well A's fans have been known to rile up opposing players enough to get them to throw chairs into the stands. But yes, Raiders fans are faaaar more rowdy.

Umpire is ready to go home. Strike 3 to Frank was 6 inches outside.

Well at least the White Sox are helping right now. 3-0 Chicago on top in the 5th.

Except the difference between Crosby and Scutaro defensively isn't all that much.

On another note: That strike 3 call to Frank Thomas was easily one of the worst I've seen all season. That pitch was at least 6 inches off the plate.

Yeah it was. Frank has a hell of an eye, and knows how to protect the plate with two strikes. Consider it one of two things if you can get him down looking:

1) It was a hell of a pitch, and probably a nasty breaking ball, or

2) Bad call, like that last AB

BTW, is Zito gay? The way he ran out onto the field last night (first game of the series) and the way he was waving made him like very...homosexual.
I'm sure this post had something to do with it...
