This is OOTP22, and I'm getting the same crowd texture where it's supposed to be grass.

It is clear to me that something isn't right in the park folder.

In the .mtl file, please search for this group of lines

newmtl field_grass3

Also, in the
\models\Huntington_Avenue_Grounds_1901-1911\Huntington_Avenue_Grounds_Textures directory, what image is the field_grass3.png showing?

on my pc, it is the correct grass texture

I checked that image, and it is showing grass.

In an actual 3D game, the field looks fine. It's only in the ballpark editor that the the crowd texture is in the grass, so that's really strange.

Doesn't look like there's anything wrong with the file.

Love your work as always! Would you consider doing a version of Chase Field and Tropicana Field decked out in the old color schemes of those teams from the late 90's early 2000's? That would be really cool.

Do you have a double folder? You want LA Coliseum then the files like the .prk, day, night etc. Not La Coliseum La Coliseum then the files. You get a double folder with most unzip programs.

Unfortunately, no, I will not be creating new versions of parks just based on color schemes from the past. I don't even know what the differences are to be honest. I can include the sketchup file so that others can take a stab at it. it should be pretty simple to change the colors of certain textures if that's all.

I just don't want to increase the amount of park versions to manage over small details (what I consider to be anyway)

Hello,

I got a new laptop today and am trying to put in the 3D models for the historical ball parks. I followed the instructions that were posted on this 1st page of this forum but none of the ballparks in the zip folder are showing up. Does anybody have any ideas?

Not showing up at all? Did you select the .prk file from each? Did you put them in the Models folder? Did you make sure that there is not a double folder for the stadium?

I unzipped the folder into my models folder and when I go to manually import the stadium in the stadium editor, there is nothing in my .prk folder. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Sounds like you have double folder. The 1st 2 screenshots is what your ballparks folders should look like. The 2nd is the .prk file to load for the ballpark you want.

Working on a new version of Olympic Stadium.

This version is dated from 1977-1990.

I'm re-doing the whole stadium and hope to get a better roof than the previous version. Its been a while since I have fired up sketchup
