Duane Underwood's first start since returning from the IL lasted less than two innings before he left with a thigh issue. We are told it shouldn't affect his next start.

Bad timing, though, as the bullpen became very depleted as the game went 13 innings before an exhausted Jake Fields gave up the winning run as the Angles beat the Blue Jays, 2-1.

Jake Bernard hit his 16th home run of the year.
