Sorry, gave you the wrong spot to go to, trying to do too many things at once

Go to the 'profile and settings' (or Perfect Team Settings) tab, then to the dropdown that says 'troubleshooting' (far top right) and pick the option to 'reset caches'.

Any ideas on what to do about being stuck on "Open Packs" even though I've already opened my packs?

I'm lost, I still can't log in to PT. I tried registering my old email, got a confirmation email, entered the code, then it said I had to log into https://challenge.ootpdevelopments.com/v2/login. When I mouse over to enter my info it has a red circle with a cross thru it, so I can't enter anything. Even when trying to make a brand new account I can't enter anything on that login page.

Tried going on https://challenge.ootpdevelopments.com/login to enter my info that I've been using for years, but said info is invalid. I'm now locked out of login attempts and password changes.

Send an email to support@ootpdevelopments.com with your username and email address of the account and they'll look this up and sort things out.

I'll try your suggestion, but no, I can't do anything. Can't manage cards or do anything under my team.

That didn't work. Other than that now my active roster is not displaying either, I still can't do anything.
Oh well. I know you guys are busy dealing with a lot of stuff. I'll log off for a while and see if maybe it'll work later.

I'm still stuck with all 3 of my logins... no validation Emails rec'd. I sent an email to the support line - hoping you folks can unlock whatever got stuck.
