Hey guys!

Don't know if this is "working as intended", but my game regularly logs me out every 4-5 days, and the "remember me" box, while checked, never seems to do anything?

PC, Steam.

Did you log into Steam from a different computer? I have the stand-alone edition and the Steam PC edition and if I log into PT on one, it logs me out of the other (remember me always checked). I don't reckon you have both versions of the game, but since Steam is a platform that can be accessed across devices, I was curious if the Steam log ins you mention are all on the same device or different ones.

Also, this is the "crash" thread - is your PT crashing as a result?

PC, Steam.

It's due to our backend. The lifetime was set to 7 days, after that you need to log in again. Now it's increased to 28 days.

Hi, I just bought the game but I can't play it at all, the game closes on it's own during league creation every time. Right after logos are checked and loaded the program just crashes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice and verified steam file integrity. On the latest build. I am on PC, Windows 10. Any fix or do I need to refund?

Can you provide us a trace file when the crash appers?

I understand the problem may be fixed on PC, but on Mac I am getting a lot of crashes when searching for players. Very frustrating

Hello,

I was playing a 3D game and lost all background, players were playing in the dark. I finished the game, saved and then closed the program.

I reopened the program and got the original page with 2 options, Purchase OOTP Now or Enter License Key. I've been playing the game since it's launch and suddenly it is asking for my License Key.

I clicked on that button my license key is in the Serial Number field, but without all of the hyphens...just a string of the letters and numbers of my key. So I try this and hit enter and get this message:

Error Validating Request: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.. Caller: ActivateKeyForUserEx. Data: 3Du+G8lmrvu.......

So I try it with the hyphens as it is in the receipt I got from you and I get the same message!

Any idea what is going on. This is the second major delay I've experienced this year. I've never had problems my first two years playing the game. Please advise. Very frustrating. I'm in the middle of a very exciting save and want to play the game I paid for.

The game crashes every time I try to start a standard game, it crashes during the initialization stage (after naming the league but before picking a team). I had no issues running last year's version of the game on my PC.

I am on a PC running Windows 10 with the game on steam. I have verified the integrity of the game files and tried the fixes listed at the start of this thread.

Updated to 23.5.69 and game crashes more while playing a game. On a Mac running OS 12.1. Playing a historical season using silvam14's ballparks. The game has been really stable with every other version of 23 until .69

Last night with version 23.5.68 as I was playing Highlights of PT Team the game crashed upon continuing play for final out of game every time.

Tonight with version 23.5.69 same thing. This time I checked both Highlights and Full Game on final out for PT and OOTP games. Crashes every time on final out of game.

EDIT TO ADD: I did not follow OP directions. When I have time tonight I will provide information you requested.

If anyone who is seeing this can enable debug mode and send ups a trace file from after you see a crash (but before restarting the game that would be a big help in figuring out what might be going on. Thanks!

Actually, looks like we found the issue here. We'll have a hotfix for this soon. Thanks for reporting that.

It happened again but only seems to happen in the full screen mode. Do you want my crash files in case your fix doesn't work?
