Lamarr Hoyt owned the Jays today, shutting them out on only two hits, as Cleveland won 8-0. That was the second game in a row that Toronto was unable to score a run. Dave Stieb pitched a good enough game for the win but Neil Allen couldn't hold it and picked up his 3rd blown save. The Red Sox got the walk-off 6-5 win on a sac fly.
