CubbyFan, does your post-deadline roster update include the waiver deals? For example, Delmon Young on the Tigers, Jack Wilson on the Braves, etc?

No only up intill 7-31. Also doesn't include Buster Posey out for the year and so on.

But yeah I have tried both and they both have seemed to fail.

A world roster would be much help or at least figuring out a way to get these working properly.

Mejia, Harvey, Familia are all wildly unrated, IMO. As is Duda.

These sets are based on mid-season projections from ZIPS for Duda and Mejia, Harvey and Familia were based on pre-season projections from BA. Take it up with them if you disagree.

Yes! Well, depending on when they occurred, if they were before the release date. Rosters were current as of the date of release.

Thank you! I'm happy to announce that with the end of the regular season, work is officially underway on 2012 rosters, specifically the 2012 database. More to come soon.

Ahhh, that explains it, since Familia had a godawful 2010 and Harvey had no minor league stats to go off.

Hi Cubbyfan,

Just a quick question. I was wondering how you get your stat leaderboards to show up correctly & include the players with mssing teams for certain seasons for example Cy Young, Hoss Radbourn etc...

For example,

17994,Young,Cy,1890,0,17,16,9,7,0,147.2,145,87,57, 30,5,39,607,572,0,0,0,6,0,0,0,0,0,0,7,0,0,0,0,0,16 ,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,1,,eol

This is a line from exported pitching stats and the team number is 0, i.e no team. The game therefore doesn't calulate these seasons as part of the players career, leading to some strange leaderboards in various stat categories. The only way I have found to get round this is by manually assigning teams to the players who have 0's for various parts of their career's, yet you seem to have found another solution?

Any advice?

--User Name (should be between desktop and applications icons)
--Library
--Application Support
--Out Of The Park Developments

Also if you have osx lion then library isn't there. You have to go into finder bar at the top then select go, then go to folder, then type in ~/library.

Since your doing 2012 rosters, the marlins are changing there name, logo, and stadium so hopefully they are in the new set.

I'm doing an updated Roster set but no updated Stats only Rosters and Staff and using the one that has all this years Draft Picks in it. I could use Trade Deadline one then I could get it done faster for you people. Needed any updated Free Agents 2012 List.

Database is done! Just have to add in awards and postseason results once those wrap up. Will give another update here in about a week and a half!

Awards don't come out intill next month and World Series about to start.
We would like to have Winter Meetings,Salary A. and so on that's going happen in 2011 so if theirs a way to have start date still be in 2011 even if it's right at Rule 5 Draft that's okay.

If you can get the last day the World Series is played in it then the start date could be the day after it.

Unfortunately this is not possible.

I usually guess at awards so I can start early. I'm great at it after all these years.

Can always go back and clean that part up.

What you need to do is move the MLB Roster from yours intill the ML ones that with the latest Patch and then put the Draft Picks on the Team that drafted them and also delete 2011 schedule and then Sim in C. Mode all the way intill like Today so then we can still have like Winter Weetings in 2011.
