To my knowledge changing the Player Evaluation Percentages is what makes the AI act very differently.

I have a minor problem with the VORP calculation. It appears to be basing the calculation solely on the position the player has played the most, which is causing the occasional CF/SS with positive VORP who ends up playing DH to get slammed down to the negative. It should be basing the math on a combination of playing time. X% at position A, Y% at B, and so forth. Without this, VORP for multi-position players will forever be wrong.
But if I'm wrong on my perception of the calculation, then I'll shut up. :P |

We need a more detailed scouting summary all together.
Contact Power Gap Power Positions played and where the player is most comfortable Overall Defensive Ability Arm Strength (outfield & Infield) Speed (should be tied to defensive range if OF) Eye Pitching Should include: stuff control movement pitches velocity ability to hold runners recommended role I will gladly help volunteer to write out many of these reports and help keep the "fresh" if in fact the new version is going in this direction. |
