I just today learned a new trick for making 'city text' for jerseys and good, imo, 'hat text.'

I will add them to my photobucket site once I get enough... they're based off of my fictional world (which is based off of real life).

The hat logo are 150x150 (because I was told they'll shrink to fit) and the jersey logos are 250x125 (which may or may not be right

).

Here's a look at a few hats and jerseys:

I don't know the fonts right off hand... I've been traversing a lot of free font sites lately... but I'll see if I can figure it out for you.

Just added 140+ jersey and hat text (right here).

These are based off of my fictional league and are just city names and initials. As explained above, the hats are 150x150 and are supposed to shrink to fit in-game. The jerseys are 250x125. It's been said that we should use 300x??? for the jerseys, but with 300 width sometimes the lettering goes into the armpits (or something like that) so that's why I chose 250. When the game comes out and we have a better idea the best size I'll fix these if needed.

Just count yourself lucky I'm not going to ask you what all the different fonts are... I am slightly obsessed with cool fonts you see. Still, must be time for my annual free-font hunt with release in t- 5 weeks!

I have visited maybe 4 or 5 free font sites and have probably snagged 100-150 fonts. Once I find a good one it makes me want to search and search some more. I've never really searched for them before because I haven't really gotten the circle logos working how I want. But with these uniforms, oooh boy!

With the vast amount of free fonts available I can see the uniform jersey scripts and hat logo scripts taking off like wildfire!!

The Chicago font is "Bailey Ultra-Light." It took me awhile to figue it out because I actually erased a part of the 'C' so I couldn't find the exact fit.

I still haven't figured out the 'D' yet.
