Nah, I thought the Super Bowl of NASCAR was that championship trophy they give to the driver who placed most often. The 0-20 reference was to the amount of games it can take to win a Super Bowl in the NFL.

So, I guess a more appropriate reference would be, NASCAR is the only sport where you can go 0-36 and win it all. Ain't that special!!! Woot!

Race wins have nothing to do with how many teams you beat, which is the point of any sport. Going 10-6 in the NFL would be equivalent to having an average finish of about 16.125 in NASCAR, which typically would be on the cusp of getting into the playoffs in either sport. Rusty Wallace's performance this year, in a winless season, is roughly equivalent to an NFL team going 12-4, or a MLB team going 119-53.

Yankees 7, Red Sox 2 in the 7th. White Sox 4, Indians 1 in the 7th. If those scores hold, the Yankees win their eighth consecutive AL East championship.

Now, that would be special.

What a bad call on Matsui running out of the base path. He almost crossed the pitcher's mound! Amounted to nothing in the end, but I fail to see how a group of grown men can make such an enormous mistake.

That was an absolutely horrible call, but worth it for McCarver and Buck gradually raising their voices to try and drown out the "bullsh*t" chant.

One could make a pretty compelling argument that it's the strongest division in the AL, if that's what you mean.

I would say that it's the strongest. But just intuitively, so somebody with numbers will probably shoot me down here. As well as the Sox and the Yankees, who have 96/97 wins (not too shabby), there are the O's, with good offence, the Rays, who can seemingly win on any day, and the Blue Jays, who are not really pushovers. Tough.
