Given the discussions I've seen elsewhere about who Johnny Damon looks like, there should an option for him to raise people from the dead...

...a player (let's say... Johnny Damon) who dies by swallowing his beard?

Having not tinkered, to quickly do a death league, would it be possible to have the injury text file with just one entry such as "DEATH"?
May have to experiment with this later on, then up injuries to lots. *evil grin* |

Ok, I got a chance to play around with the injury file this weekend.
Yes, it looks like you guys were correct about it basically determining what severity of injury first then looking in the injury file for one that works. Thus, changing them all to Career Enders doesn't do anything like we're hoping. So I made them all Season Enders, since they occur more often than Career Enders. I simmed 3 seasons at "Normal" injury rate and got: 9 injuries, 16 injuries, and 12 injuries respectively. That's quite a bit more than I expected. I didn't get a chance to sim seasons at the "Very High" injury rate, but if they occur at an even higher rate than shown above, this could work. A commish can edit the "Season Enders" to "Career Enders" at the end of each season. I guess I'd recommend playing with financials "off" to prevent paying for "dead" players during the season. -Kez p.s. I'm "Steve Kuffrey".

I think we've neglected this little project for too long. GR, have you ever worked on the death league idea at all?
