The Magic finally won something!!!!

Yes, the Magic won the lottery. Now my favorite team can turn it around. We know the Magic know how to draft first. They already picked the most dominating player in the NBA and they also picked, who many consider, the best Power Foward in the game.

they may have been able to pick the right guy when it was obvious 10 years ago, but in this years draft there isn't that one guy that stands out as being the true #1. its all gonna depend on what t-mac wants.

All I know is they have Picked 3 players in the draft that went on to win ROY. I am sure they can find another one.

This one had better be a no-brainer. Emeka Okafor needs to be the pick. If they trade the pick for a veteran just to appease McGrady, or pick Howard or another high schooler, the Magic are deserving of ridicule and five more years of high lottery picks.

Here's hoping they don't mess this up.

Exactly. Hey Dagrims, I go to Orlando all the time (since it is my hometown) you want to catch a Magic game or something.

Have fun paying 10 million for players who aren't even worth it

A lot of people (I am one) are actually saying it will be better having a late lottery pick, as you can get the same quality type of player for much less cap space.

I fully expect the Clippers to blow their pick on another dud. They have an image to keep up after all.

Haha! I'm actually doing something I've never done before and changing my team that I follow, outside of a hometown team. I cannot stand Danny Ainge's antics and I will be following Charlotte from the start (4th pick). Should be an exciting new experience as I've followed the same New England teams my whole life. I feel weird changing allegiance, but as long as Ainge is in town I will stay away.

EDIT: Now that I think about it, it really was great how Ainge tried tanking the team, and instead they rally (well, not quite) to make the playoffs. Only time before Pierce is out and Ainge brings in his own farm of crap.

stupid sixers jinxed smarty jones. clipps will probably deal the #2 to the hawks along with a junk player for the #6 and #17 pick. they dont need/want howard but the hawks would love to have the hometown guy.

watchout, if history does repeat itself then the magic might pick a player to lead the lakers to 3 championships.

And amare's the best PF in the NBA .

Take your choice Chris Webber or Amare (even though I think he will probably need a few more years)

What do you think about.

to Magic: Kobe Bryant and 2nd round pick and future considerations

to LA: T-Mac, 1st round pick

I heard that on I-Max

I think amare's better, although i am a BIG suns fan so my opinion is biased. But Amare just keeps on getting better, it just seems like his all around game improves. Now we will have to wait till next year to see if this continues, but i think if he stays healthy he will be an All-Star and pretty soon he will be one of the most dominating players in a game. Plus its just fun to watch amare play i love watching him dunk, nothings better!

Amare is just sick. He has all the potential to be a Garnett. He will just need time to develope into a star.

You are preaching to the choir. I think he has potential. He isn't there yet.
