Hello--

Every owner will be alotted a certain number (same) of points to CREATE their own players/team. To keep it fair there will always be a point "cap" per se, but bonus points will be rewarded for performance, team record etc. These points can be used towards the creation of future players... THe game will still generate rookies and the bulk of the creation phase will be done in the initally, but it does truly make your team your team
