Ejected Player Stays In Game?

I was managing the NLCS, game 6, down 3-2. Top of the first inning, my pitcher hits a batter, who charges the mound. The pitcher and batter are both ejected, according to the play-by-play. But my relief pitcher was listed as the pinch-runner, then the actual batter was in the rest of the game, playing first base.

It didn't cost me the game (not, um, scoring any runs did that), but it's something to look into.

Well, I just had the same situation occur. I was batting, and I drove in the opposing pitcher. Even after going to the sub screen and putting in my own pinch runner, the opposing pitcher was still running for me. So he got credit in the box score for the run scored.

I hope this makes it into the next patch.
