Problem or just me?

I dont know if this is a problem or if im doing something wrong but when ever one of my younger players gets injured long enough to be placed on the DL i always have trouble moving him back to the roster.

Once hes ready to be activated i will try to make the switch from the DL to the Active roster, but it then says "Transaction not allowed, player is not on 40 man roster." So i guessed that when a player is moved to the DL from the active roster they our automatically taken of the 40 man roster.

So if i try to move the player from the DL to the 40 man roster i get a message saying "Invalid Transaction." So my last hope is to move the player to the minor leagues and do it that way, but here comes a big problem. Some players have to clear the waivers before they can be demoted from the DL, this makes it frustrating because for shure my 5 star prospect will be claimed by someone else.

Is there any way around this, am i doing something wrong, or is this a minor bug? Any help is appreciated, thanks!

You need to d/l the patch which corrects this problem.
