amen Pat, this kind of thing realy confusing me on this board. Seems their is a GROUP of people that can defame or accuse or blast people at will on this forum and nothing is done. But others respond to or defend themselfs of accusations and their shut down....does this board have a TOS?? Rules?? I looked around and found none so far so either their are rules and the Mods should follow them or its a free for all. But I have seen posts deleted if one of the GROUP speaks up but others are allowed to defame people at will.

Here is a suggestion..if someone post about a league and your not part of the league either now or in the past or do not persoanly know the people involved ..SHUT THE HELL UP !!!!

here's another suggestion- don't use other people's work without crediting them, and give the cause for concern in the first place.

This statment was and still is INCORRECT. One cannot springboard or lift something from a place they didnt know exsisted. the only accusation I can find in that whole thread that is TRUE is I cant spell. Any other tidbits of wisdom from the peanut gallery?

Good god ppl, he already said that he never knew in the first place and it wasn't him that took the logo, it was someone else that was I believe helping him. He's creating a new image, move on.

Is it possible for a thread on here to not be taken over by wanna be mods like mr remangeek over here?

He's got a point though- Jblaze's trials and tribulations have been dealt with enough that no league commish without slim pickings would bite. That being said, I do apologize to Grindz for hijacking his thread - I don't know any leagues with an opening right now, but you might want to look through some of the specific leagues offered here and some of the bigger ones and see if you can get on a waitlist- and emailing commishes directly from their web site might yield greater results.

If they don't know it's me who's posting, shouldn't they logically respond with a tirade of insults? Pretty much everyone on the board gives posters the benefit of the doubt. When they've screwed that up, most of us (but not all) are willing to give them a second chance if they own up to their mistakes and apologise for them. I don't think i'd have any trouble being a newbie on this board. Don't act like an asshat and you're generally alright. Check out the massive number of threads in this forum from people without many posts... I guess our work is cut out for us, guys. We have some blastin' to do!

The min I read the guys post about his LOGO I had every intention of taking it down but I did not make the TCBL web site It was created by the co commish which resides on his computer and knowing he was away for the day maybe two I knew I couldnt take it down that second. Now I could have said this right off but by that time 2-3-4 others had jumped on the thread making jackass comments about things they know nothing about. At this point even knowing what action I was gona take I decided to fight back and put the hiporctaes in their place.

I went to the HighHeat TCBL site and said to myself why is this dude crying for me to take down a copywrited picture when that league is loaded with copywrited pictures from MLB??

I HATE HIPROCRATES!!!!!

So I decided to make a little noise for the day or so it took the TCBL Web guys/ co commish to come back. Yes I attempted to push a few buttons since mine had been pushed by people that are clueless.

Finnaly I like to point out that graffic was not taken of the HighHeat TCBL site but somewhere else that I do not have the link to at this moment but who knows if it was lifted before??

I have built a 10 year reputation in online leagues as someone who is honest and awsome commish and very fun and outgoing and that will not change. I plan to continue to respond in tone and attitude to match that what is thrown at me. MY TCBL will contiune on for a long time and be very good league, and WILL be fun for those that partisapate in it dispite whats posted here or how some grow to not like how outspoken I am.
