Friends…YES another roster set to excite you and all your baseball needs during the hot stove season. This one I am SUPER EXCITED FOR. I leveraged a respected projection system Steamer and the 2026 projected stats to load in ratings.

- Roster set LOADED with 2026 Steamer projections!!! Over 9,000 players!

- Steamer R/L splits loaded for both batters and pitchers

- I used the “context neutral” Steamer projections so players do not receive the “double boost” from extreme parks like Coors, Great American Ballpark, etc

- Top 100 prospects calibrated with new system

- Top 30 prospects for every team calibrated

- Updated injuries

- Roster transactions accurate as of 11/21 including players arb eligible that were released today such as Adolis Garcia


*** IMPORTANT notes when you start your season and select your team ***

- Enable AI teams to make moves

Game->Game settings->League Settings
Option in middle column towards bottom “Set all Computer teams to Allow AI Roster changes”

- Adjust stats modifiers (only available during preseason or spring training)

Game->Game settings->League Settings->Stats & AI
Upper right portion of screen

Other notes on the roster:

- Ratings are even more conservative overall than my previous projects. For instance “contact” a ton of 40-55 ratings. K rating for batters more of a range of 30-55. That’s not a bad thing, and honestly is probably more realistic

- Unfortunately we still cannot export future draft classes in OOTP. I have around 300 players I am working on in my database calibration, however CANNOT push those in to game. CAN WE PLEASE FIX THIS MATT AND TEAM?

Hey gang,
V2 is now up in first link!
Main change is the Nimmo-Semien trade, scouting turned backed on, and filled as many of the gaps on MLB coaching staffs with recent hires as I could find. May have missed some.

Also I HIGHLY recommend loading the real 2026MLB schedule created by GMO!

You can only edit schedule DURING PRESEASON!

Howdy Mr. CBL, for immersion purposes any idea how to advance the game date from the 5th to the 24th without automatic A.I. changes to the coaches and whatnot? I tried it three different ways and got nowhere, figured I would ask the expert haha.

I download the file then put it in my saved games folder, when I try to open it gets to the "Finalizing" stage then crashes OOTP.
I have tried deleting then reinstalling a number of times over the last days with no luck.
Can anyone help me?

The file inside the file has the actual file. Had the same issue. Cut and paste the 2nd file and should work.

Hey dude

So only two options…

You CAN aim to that date in current state (CPU teams no moves) however some notable players will not be offered Arbitration.

If you turn enable CPU moves on and sim forwards, players will be offered Arbitration however CPU may trade, release, sign players.

In both cases coaches and/or players COULD retire.

So in the end I leave the date the same to avoid above

Hey gang!

I have an early Thanksgiving surprise now up in the first thread!

I found a way to extract service time days, and options for a majority of players on at least 40 man rosters from a few sources (Cots contracts payrolls and fangraphs) and have pushed these updates to now V3 of the roster set!


If the first name differs a bit sources I may have missed it in my data base (for instance, Leo Rivas and Leonardo Rivas).

Hopefully should correct like 98-99% of the service time days and options.

Tried a reset by downloading V3. No luck, loads until it gets to finalizing then the game crashes.....

Luis Castillo, RHP DET 0 days
Luis Castillo, OF MIL 0 days
Jose Urena, RHP CHC 0 days
