Suggestions For OOTP 27

-Make it harder to re-sign your top pending free agents. There are too many players signing extensions before they become free agents. It leads to very thin free agent classes on a regular basis.
-Add a feature similar to the trade deadline to the Winter Meetings, but include free agency and not just trades.
-Add a feature to allow for teams to "request a trade" for a player. I could request a player then the AI controlled team would reply with either a No Way or with a trade proposal. The AI could also make requests for players from human controlled (and other AI teams of course) as well.
-I can define team needs that other teams can use when offering trades. Add the ability for human controlled teams to see a list of team needs for AI controlled teams.

Totally agree on the extensions. Every player seems to sign a team friendly deal. I have to go in and manually change it so I get a good FA class

When playing in a game using the 20 - 80 ratings system....NO player should have a rating over 80.

You can change this in settings so this doesn't occur?

Definitely needs to be harder to sign extensions. Perhaps the Financial Ambition/Loyalty traits should have stronger effects in that sense. I would say you can extend a player long-term very easily like 90% of the time.
