Goalie usage in FHM 11

I didn't not buy version 10 but may buy version 11 depending on reviews but did they ever fix the goalie issue when top goalies were not getting as many starts as they should and backups were getting to many starts? Also about that the issue where star players would make it to free agent and not be picked up by any team I'm assuming on account of their salary demand.

Pretty sure the goalie thing have been fixed. No news for the free agents unless the roster management tweaks is including that
