IAP missing

After today's update for OOTP Go 25, I was having an issue with the game saving my settings such as disabling the screen tutorials and changes in the 3D settings.
I cleared my cache and data for the game and un-installed it. I waited a couple of minutes and re-installed the game. When I went to restore my IAP (I had purchased the entire historical bundle on release day), it says "The transaction did not go through."
How am I supposed to get my historical seasons back? I'm still using the same phone that I purchased the bundle on.

First thing to double check is that you are signed into the same account that bought the bundle.
I'd also try again later and see if it resolves itself, sometimes the store can have a hiccup.
That error typically happens when you do something like tap on an item to buy, but then close the store popup without purchasing.
